It was peek football tailgating time, but Matt didn’t sweat it. He went way above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and received tasty food in a timely manner. Great experience.

I just had a pizza delivered to me and it looks like it was dropped. Part of the pizza is folded on top of itself as if it hit the end of the box and folded over. Look at the pictures and you’ll see what I’m talking about. I called the store to talk to the manager and he was no help at all! He was going to send the driver out after making two more deliveries collect this pizza take it back to the store remake another pizza and then send it out to me. That would have been probably more than an hour wait. I would never ever order from the store again and I highly recommend that no one else order from there either!!

As an OTR Truck Driver… This particular Dominos was the worst one I’ve visited! It looked like it barely survived a tactical nuke. The staff looked like they hated their job, practically tossed my order at me thru a 3 inch crack in the pickup window. Highly recommend avoiding this one!!!

Food is is very good , delivery took an hour almost but I’m not sure how busy they were when i placed my order . Food was still warm. Delivery driver was nice .

11:15 ordered pizza. 11:45 notified that he didn’t have a delivery driver. Should have cancelled. 2:00 delivery driver delivers two sodas, forgets the pizza. Manager shows up with an extra 2liter coke, flawless Parmesan bread bits and two burned pizzas. From now on I will inspect my food first, pay cash, and tip only if everything is in order. Next time they might spit in it. RECOMMENDATION: Manager hire more help QUICK!

So I have ordered pizza from this location a lot because it the nearest to my house. My first issue was a few months back when I placed and order and found out they didn’t make my order because she didn’t have any help there. No call or email to say it was canceled I found out when I arrived to pick it up at 7:30 in the evening. This was to feed my kids because of sports practice and me not being able to cook. My next issue was this past weekend I paid for extra sauce and of course you don’t know if something is missing until you taste it but when I arrived to the store it’s 37 degrees outside and the wind is blowing I ring the bell twice no response then I speak through the intercom they have because they don’t have a inside area for customers. Mind you a lady is standing right in front of the window and finally she tells me he’ll be with me in a moment. He didn’t come to the window so I returned to my car because it was cold and waited until he came to the window before I got back out the car 7 min later he came over and helped me and gave me my pizza that was sitting on the counter the whole time I was there waiting. The lady could have given me my pizza when I first came but she didn’t. To me this store needs to close down until they are capable of dealing with people in the right manner. I am not coming to your business begging for anything I’m merely asking for my food to be correct if I paid my money for it. I am merely asking for human decency and understanding that maybe I don’t want to freeze to death waiting for you to finish making a pizza before you can give me mines. I’m not sure if it’s the side of town this restaurant is in or what the issue is but this location has made me not want to spend another dime with the company all together.
9/21/24 I’m back at this dominos and I ordered 1 pizza today when I checked the app it said it was ready so I get to the store only to be told it isn’t ready and she’ll bring it out to me when it is ready….the order was placed at 5:47 it is now 6:22 for one pizza. Stop clearing your orders as done to keep your time down. I had to cancel the order at this point my other food was getting cold. Never again!!!!
