Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

First time at In-N-Out in YEARS and the Rohnert Park location? Listen. Visible from the freeway, Google Maps took me right there, and yeah the drive-through wrapped to the street but it moved SO fast. What really got me though – this place runs like military precision but in the best way. Every single employee? Immaculate. Smiling. Moving with purpose. No chaos, no bumping into each other, just this beautiful choreographed flow.
The guy came right to my car window with the menu board, got closer so I could actually see it (thank you!), answered my questions, and when they asked if I wanted to round up for the homeless? 100% yes. Through that window I’m watching this SPOTLESS workspace, everyone communicating, checking if I needed anything extra – like genuine care, you know?
Real talk: I don’t eat out. Like ever. Not getting paid for this. But going through that drive-through? My heart was just… full. To whoever’s running this location – be PROUD. Your leadership shows in every employee’s face. I hope corporate sees what you’ve built because your team values it, your customers feel it, and your community sees it. Just keep doing exactly what you’re doing. This is what it looks like when people actually care about their work.

I have frequently visited many of the in-n-out businesses across the United States and have never had a bad experience. Always excellent service with a smile. Food was always fresh & tasty. Try the animal style hamburger. The drive-through has always been an expeditious experience. I love this establishment. Go here, and you, too, will frequent this business.

A stellar young man and excellent employee named Bryan is a shining example of what American youth should strive to be! He not only paid attention to detail in making sure the restaurant lobby was spotless, he had excellent customer service and made sure I felt welcome while I enjoyed my 4×4 and fries!
