We won’t be eating at this restaurant anymore. We usually order takeout but this time we dined inside. We ordered the veggie side, which they were out of, so I got to see how it was cooked. They had a very large pot of oil boiling on the stove (not a wok) and brought out a bag of the vegetables and proceeded to dump the entire contents into the boiling oil. Absolutely no other cooking mechanism was on, so it’s probably safe to assume all of the food was cooked in this one pot of oil. The nutrition facts list this side as “healthy” with zero grams of fat. When I got my food I tried to soak up the oil of a single piece of broccoli. I had to use two napkins to get all the oil out. There’s no way this is healthy. Deceptive and disgusting.

Surprised my son with his absolute favorite food for lunch at school before I left town for a week. The surprise was devastating to him.
Someone did not even put any orange chicken in the box and left the spot empty.
Rather than enjoying our time spent together, I spent a portion of that time consoling him and assuring him I would make it up to him.

Here’s the best part!
When I went back to the store after leaving the school, the manager, Amber, refused to offer me a full $11 refund. Instead, she insisted that she could only give me a partial refund. I told her that I would be calling corporate to resolve the issue and leaving me reviews online.
Latrice P. from customer care, took my call, and performed her job with the utmost professionalism. Latrice listened, empathized and offered a full refund and something extra for my trouble.

You’re the manager, you had all the authority to offer a full refund for your store’s mistake, but you doubled down and let me walk out after I told you I was going to call corporate and leave this review.
Your store deserves better management and training.

I had always had a good experience at this restaurant until today, a guy with the name Anthony on his badge was very grumpy, I ordered a bigger plate, a plate and two bowls, the first time he angrily threw the plate of food into the trash because I told him it was not how I asked for it, we had to wait more than 15 minutes because they did not have the three types of food that we ordered, which I do not care about, I fully understand that the food runs out and I have no problem waiting since the food is fabulous, but the second time I had ordered from the other guy and he came and made the dish but he made it wrong once again and when my husband told him he again acted badly with us and his coworkers, not to mention that they charged us before we finished ordering, I would like to suggest that a single employee take the entire order of an entire family and then charge for it at the end, it would be easier for the employees. I would also like to suggest that they could choose their staff better.

I have been eating panda express for years, and I very rarely leave reviews, but this Flower Mound location was so bad that I felt I needed to leave a review today. The service, the portions, and quality were the worst I’ve ever experienced at a panda express location. I ordered through the drive-through, but it was so bad I had to go inside and ask for either a refund or something else. I was given two soy sauce packets (for an entire plate & egg roll) and I asked for more and they told me they were out of soy sauce, but when I went inside, they had no problem giving me more. Altogether what should’ve been a five minute wait in the drive-through was a 25 minute wait to get my food. Customer service was non existent. I will absolutely go out of my way to avoid this location in the future as anyone reading should as well.

$11 for inedible fried chicken skin. At least 80% of my meal wasn’t chicken. The little chicken that was there was dry to the bone and barely had any sauce. Pretty sure since I ordered online and wasnt watching them load my plate the scraped the bottom of the wok. Got one bell pepper and one pineapple in my sweet fire chicken. Have been going to this location for years and it’s majorly gone done hill. Quality is this bad at least half the time. Save yourself the disappointment and just go to sonic.

Be careful when ordering online. The pickup time… about 30 minutes difference in time. I and another guy were waiting by the register for about 30 minutes. Not even so much as an acknowledgment. Another customer’s online order never even went through. She was waiting about 30 minutes.

Staff is not rude. Just unorganized and just plain lost. It wasn’t busy either. Like.. not at all. I try to be understanding. But, this place is terrible.

I like Panda. But, this one is just a bad one. Try another Panda. It will be worth the drive to go try another one.

Update… Went from 2 to 1 star. Our orders were wrong. None of the sauces we ordered were there.

Placed a pick up order for a bowl containing 1/2 super greens, 1/2 chow mein and string bean chicken breast. Got there and still a long wait but whatever…so disappointed when I open the bowl and there’s even less meat than usual but as I tried to mix it I discover a huge chunk of cabbage underneath occupying the majority of space in the bowl! If I want a head of cabbage, I’ll
go to the grocery store and it won’t be $9, do better!!

Me and my fiancé just went to this location (because our location is TRASH!!! And the food is AMAZING and FRESH!!! And they have one worker, JOSHUA…he was a sweetheart, very attentive as it got busy and didn’t need to be told to help the customers just took initiative! Sounds like leadership to me?! ‍♀️ ‍♀️
