This food trailer is a scam. I was stupid not to look inside that bag with food. They charged $26 for a scoop of rice cooked 3 days ago and sitting in a fridge. I spent $62 bucks and thrown that food straight into garbage. Don’t waste your money and time.

All the food was cold and served in small portions, and the prices are expensive. Just look at the photos and you’ll see for yourself. The food was cold, and I also think it wasn’t fresh. My rating is 0, and I will never come back again.

Food is delicious, nicely seasoned with spices and herbs. Meat tender, rice cook perfectly, vegetables done right, bread home baked. Owner is very friendly and happy to share his culinary passion with customers. Two tables so you can enjoy your food right there and then. Prices like you would expect from the food truck. Definitely better option to eat than your typical fast food restaurants found around this area plus you support local business.

They’re located in the motel parking lot behind flying J. There’s a walkthrough path from the EV charging station area. If your in the truck parking lot you’ll have to walk around the front of flying J.
My wife and I had the osh and it was delicious. To be honest, Everything on there menu looked delicious. Definitely coming back next time I drive through here.

Everyone and their grandma needs to try this food. I’ve never had Uzbekistan food before but it was super good! The vendor was so nice and I didn’t have to wait long for the food. 11/10 would eat here again.

I must say this shiii is GOOD!! The somsa were awesome and the rice is amazing. The guy that was work is greatly appreciated, he took care of everything I asked. The rice was given to me cold and I thought that it would not taste good but ohhhhh I was wrong. I’m a trucker driver so having the bowl cold don’t change a thing, wait until you warm it up for about 3 mins. The somsa with the sauce fire 10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND & I WILL BE BACK UZBEK HALAL FOODS

Excellent food. I think of it as really good comfort food. We have tried most things on the menu over the course of several stops here and my whole family has loved all of it. The noodles are delicious, the meat is tender, and the flavors are perfect. Definitely worth a stop.
