I visited this place for lunch today. Customer service was pleasant and professional. Young lady working the front was serious but not with an attitude, she doubted checked each order as she was passing them out. I ordered 2 fishwish sandwiches and the windy city wings. The wings we jumbo (bigger than i would like) plus they had a sauce that was kind of spicy. So I returned those and got the regular wings. I’m so glad I did that, those wings were some of the BEST I’ve had in a very long time. I called back to give my compliments to the chef. My Docks was definitely a positive one. They delivered professionalism, good customer service and great food.

Normally I’m a dog seater from time to time but the last two times I’ve been there it’s been terrible that’s why it’s best to check your food before you leave establishments. I asked for cheese and extra tartar sauce and I didn’t get either I won’t be back for a while.

So i called in an order on Saturday afternoon. The girl who took the order kept messing up the order. Then there website says hush puppies but she tells me they dont have those. Get there to get my food and there is no docks containers it is crazy food containers. The food smelled of burned old grease. The food itself has no flavor at all ,no lemon pepper and the size of the fish was not docks . I was very disappointed and a total waste of my 50.00. Dont ever go to this location.

So very disappointing. This is not the same docks fish I grew up on. I will start off by saying the cashier was extremely nice and polite. However the food was a complete miss. I had a fishwich sandwich. The fish was dry, old and cold. I took one bite and couldn’t go any further. Had to throw it away. Money wasted in this economy is sad!

Cashier was awesome! Po-boy sandwich was 3 shrimp on a hamburger bun! My spouse was happy with his fish wish sandwich! Tip the Cashier, she is amazing! Don’t know her name. She has small chip on her front tooth, no shade! But she is that deal! She makes it worth it!

I tried this restaurant one evening and the food was not fresh at all-that was months ago. Fast forward to today and decided to give them a try again during the day time… It was very fresh and the wait time for it was pretty fast. Just be sure to keep up with your receipt and remind them to give you your drink. They will give you your food and send you straight out the door, (lol)! About 4 of us had to remind them to give us our drinks. Other than that, I think I’ll be back. Thanks for good customer service.

Extremely rude ladies working here. Older lady at the register has no idea how to work the pick up orders let alone accurately check people out. Staff just rude overall to customers coming in and placing orders.
