Our server Dakota was amazing! The food was fresh and hot. She made sure not to overcrowd us but kept fresh salad and breadsticks after checking with our family. No need to ask for refills. She was attentive to the table and I observed her with other guests, she truly is a people person and was amazing. I will continue to come back. Kudos to the cooks, the food was flavored perfectly

We were a Family of four on a Saturday night, around 6PM. Wait time for a table was 15 minutes, which we were totally OK with given the busy atmosphere.
We were seated after, and the service was amazing, but the food came out so slow, around 45 minutes after we ordered. Spending two plus hours at Olive Garden for a dinner you know you want ahead of time is too much.
Tamara, our waitress, was very attentive and was amazing. She deserves a gold star. She’s focused, the fact that our food was running late that she asked if our young boys wanted grapes to appease them(!) She’s the reason the service got a five star… all around amazing

The first time I ever went to this location, back in 2024, I was so wildly disappointed. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo, which has been my favorite meal to get from Olive Garden for years, the chicken was rubbery and tasted off. My waitress told me that the chicken is always questionable. So I stopped eating it, got sick that night, and swore to never go back. Well today against my better judgement I went back.. While being stuck at home the chicken Alfredo sounded like a great meal to have today, remembering my trauma of the last visit I said okay no chicken this time and just ordered fettuccine and Alfredo sauce. Again I am wildly disappointed. The fettuccine noodles were absolutely over cooked, they were so gummy the texture was absolutely terrible. The sauce did not taste like Alfredo sauce, it tasted like thickened milk and butter, as if they forgot to put any cheese into it. The gummy noodles and gelatinous sauce was the worst tasting restaurant meal I have ever had. I paid just over $40 for the entire meal and delivery of the meal to take two bites and be repulsed. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me… There will be no fool me three times Olive Garden on Monroe in Toledo..

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at Olive Garden tonight. I have multiple allergies and was helped by the manager Emma prior to even being seated. Once seated, we had Jacob as our server. He also helped with my questions regarding allergies and was very friendly from the first interaction. He checked on our table throughout the night, offering refills and ensuring everything was to our liking. He was professional and the service was fast. I would greatly recommend this restaurant and staff.

Olive Garden is usually good, but I cannot accept being served raw chicken. This is a violation of food safety which could give someone food poisoning or salmonella. Thankfully, I am fine but the next person may not be. My breadstick and soup was great. My pasta tasted as if the cook added a bit too much water/wine and my chicken was cooked on the outside but very pink in the middle as shown in my picture. I lost my appetite after seeing that, paid my bill, and left. I just want to bring awareness so that the quality can be the same every visit.

It was my first time visiting in like 20 years and it was really good. Ian, our server, was very kind and efficient. Loved the unlimited salads that are super delicious. The main course was so good too! Good value for the money and the service. Loved the location and the quick service waiting a few minutes.

I have no idea why so many folks crap.on Olive Garden. Is it authentic Italian? Absolutely not ,chain restaurants are rarely authentic at anything . I hadn’t been here in well over 10 years so I was going in fresh. We were seated right away,and our server was right there,spot on ,visiting to check on us frequently through the meal. The bread sticks and salad let’s face it ,made them pretty well known with good reason.My main dish was the shrimp carbonate which I was very pleased with. Great portion size,plenty of shrimp and very tasty. I added zip to the sauce by using chili flakes. Over all a nice experience, and I’ll be back much sooner next time.

I feel as if it’s almost my responsibility to explain my altercation at OG recently. I came in with a party of 4 and was told 45 minute wait. Perhaps a little long for a OG however we could deal with it and said ok. We put in our name and # then proceeded about our business. We got the text that said our table was ready roughly 40 minutes in so like any functioning human I proceed to the host table. Here’s the issue….. The host had the guts to look us in the eye and explain to us she had an error putting us in the system for her tables and told us another 35 minutes. Beyond pathetic. Thats when my colleague addressed the manner with authority and explained that we needed our table NOW. The manger eventually gave us our table begrudgingly. Luckily on their end there’s several components that go into a high class review such as myself….. The food was enjoyable and atmosphere once you walked into the establishment was ok. Overall unfortunate, yet tolerable.
