Busters is a very cool ice cream place, that serves the most delicious hard serve ice cream. The employees were nice and patient while I was ordering. When you go you get to order from outside through a window which is really cool. They have picnic table beside the building that are very convenient in the summer. They also have multiple trash cans. I would definitely recommend going to Busters to get their ice cream.

Absolutely stellar customer service. I left a note asking if they could offer a flavor I hadn’t seen in weeks (caramel Twix explosion). 24 hours later, they called me to tell me they made a batch and it was available for me to get.
This was the 2nd time they made a specific flavor based on my request . I was in shock both times. They have made me a customer for life! Fantastic ice cream and worth every penny! Outstanding customer service!

Love Brusters Bethel Park location! Great ice cream, great service from friendly staff. We also get their ice cream pies for special occasions. Love the pies with mint chocolate chip or oreo. Southern Banana Pudding soooo good too.

Bruster’s is not the same as it used to be. My son got a sundae in which he was give one scoop of ice cream and minimal toppings. I got a medium waffle cone with chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream. The ice cream was soft. Like mush. There were no pieces of chocolate in it or raspberry. And the ice cream barely filled the cone.
