I recently stopped into Mr. Subs in Marlboro and was really impressed! They use Boar’s Head cold cuts, which instantly sets the bar high, and their menu offers an awesome variety of subs that truly deliver on flavor.
The Mr. Meaty Cheesesteak with shaved ribeye and Cooper Sharp cheese on a seeded roll was incredible — juicy, cheesy, and so satisfying. I also have to rave about the Fat Indian Cheesesteak — a chicken cheesesteak with the perfect amount of spice, loaded with french fries and mozzarella sticks. Total comfort food heaven!
I also tried a couple of their cold-cut sandwiches, including The Kitchen Sink, which has a little bit of everything and lives up to its name. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and generously made.
They even have great Sunday Football specials, making it the perfect spot to grab a sub and watch the game. If you’re in the mood for a seriously good sandwich, definitely check out Mr. Subs in Marlboro — their subs will absolutely satisfy your appetite!

First time in there and izzy & ak showed a lot of love.The music and atmosphere was also very comforting. Even spoke to them on a surface level & their vibe was absolutely amazing. The Indian chicken cheesesteak is a must grab, definitely recommend this place.

I recently stopped by Mr Subs for lunch, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the team(AK & DJ) was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful they took the time to guide me through the menu and helped me choose the perfect sandwich. Their knowledge and enthusiasm really elevated the whole experience.
I ended up trying a new turkey sub recommendation called the Saucealeto
and wow, it was absolutely fantastic. The turkey was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly complemented by the rich, zesty sauce that tied everything together beautifully (you could tell it was thoughtfully crafted). The bread was fresh, the veggies crisp, and every bite had a great balance of texture and taste.
Throughout my visit, the staff continued to impress with their patience and suggestions they weren’t pushy, just genuinely wanted to make sure I got something I’d love. The shop itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming vibe that made the meal feel even more enjoyable.
Overall, I’d say this was one of the best sub shop experiences I’ve had in a long time! Whether you’re a regular or a first-timer, the team makes you feel taken care of, and the food speaks for itself with quality and flavor that stands out. Highly recommend!

First time customer, I had a Pastrami on rye with Swiss it was fantastic, my wife had honey turkey and yellow America on wheat and she said it was delicious. Meat was sliced perfectly and bread was extremely fresh. Staff was super polite and friendly. We will be back soon.
