I ordered head using the crystals app that way my order would be ready when I got there. I went through the drive-through and was greeted promptly and told to pull around to the drive-through window. I was then handed my order and I pulled off to check my food. I immediately realized that the crystals were not plain like I had ordered. They had onion, mustard and pickle on them. All which I had removed when I placed the order on the app. Everything else was correct so it was no big deal. I pulled back through the drive-through and gave the two crystals back to the employee and told her these are supposed to be plain. She did not apologize. She just took them from my hand and close the window. A couple of minutes later she came back with a new bag so I took it and immediately checked and once again they were not playing. Both had a piece of cold cheese slapped on them. When I placed the order originally, I did not select cheese crystals. I just selected plain original crystals. I didn’t even bother driving back through the drive-through. I just took the cheese off and threw it away. The girl working the drive-through through was not friendly at all. She did not apologize and even when she gave me the second order of crystals and I told her thank you she just stared at me. I realize this is fast food so you get what you pay for but it’s really not that difficult to be friendly especially if you are working the drive-through. I worked in fast food for over 10 years and it’s not that hard to be friendly to your customers. Especially when you get their order wrong and even more so if the customer is not being rude about it. I was extremely understanding and I was not hateful or rude to her. I even told her thank you even though my order was messed up not once but twice and she couldn’t even respond with your welcome or I’m sorry for the mistake. I give this restaurant a zero out of 10 and more than likely I will not be back.

Stopped by for a breakfast and lunch meal. Asked if they were serving breakfast as they were. But also if it about to lunch and they said yes. Ordered and got to the window and paid. The lady took our money and gave us straws. 2 mins later came back to us and said can you please pull to a parking spot. The parking lit was clear all but 1 car that was ahead of us that had to pull up also. Waited in the parking spot for 30 mins for our order.the lady came to our vehicle and gave my husband his food. He asked what about the breakfast food. She said they are making it now I will be right back. My husband ate his lunch while it was still hot. Finally she came back with my breakfast food. I ate one breakfast sandwich. Went to get the other sandwich and noticed the meat was thick and grease all over the bottom of the bag which now my cloth seat are greasy. Opened the sandwich to see that it has two sausage patties stuck together. Pulled them apart and the meat was raw. It was mushy raw. Through that sandwich out. Reached for the other one and disassembled it to find that meat was raw also. It went out the window. To be served raw pork meat and waited for 30 mins in the drive through is ridiculous. This needs to be handled.

It’s getting hard to find Krystal these days and this unit in Smyrna TN offers good old fashioned food and great customer service. I grew up enjoying these burgers and always enjoy the treat of a drive through meal with my wife and family. Highly recommend.

Ordered the Patty Melt at the Drive thru. It was horrible. Bread wasn’t toasted & the Patty was hard & dry. I called the store & spoke to the Manager who apologized and told me to bring it back with the receipt for another one free. I advised him I don’t live close so I wasn’t coming back today. He said whenever I return to bring the receipt with his name on it. I’ve made Patty Melts at home that are much better. For $6.57 i could have gone to Sonic across the street & got a double cheeseburger cheaper. Make sure to check your order before leaving.

The inside and cooking area were extremely filthy. Two guys in there and both ignored us. Eventually one came to say, “I guess you aren’t here for a pick up order”. We said “no” and he walked away. There was no one in the drive thru or the inside and they weren’t cooking anything. They were just walking around. We waited a bit longer and finally decided to just leave. Felt like we were interrupting their quiet time and it was only 7pm in a Friday. Feels like they don’t want business.
I usually go thru the drive thru for breakfast and the food is usually overcooked.

So I placed an order through a delivery service. Delivery driver apologized for delay. Part of my food was left out. Fast forward to opening the bag and my food was incorrect. Tried to call several times to get it corrected but no one would answer the phone. Paid extra for delivery and still had to leave work to take the food back and all the manager had to say was sorry about that. I get mistakes happen it’s human error BUT the entire point in having it delivered was so I wouldn’t have to leave work. CHECK THE FOOD before you bag it. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Stopped by for lunch, took 32 minutes to receive our order. Fast food is certainly not fast food anymore at this store. Not to mention $73 to feed three people, you have got to be out of your minds!

Just had the best restaurant experience in a long time at this Krystal. Stopped in on my Vespa w/ my 10 yr old grandson to pick up some food to take home. Chatted with the most awesome young man ever, who came out from the back to take his break. He was so nice and friendly and polite. The food was great, BTW, but being treated so well was the highlight of my day.

Please give these workers a raise or more workers in general cause no reason they should sound this stressed SHOULD NOT be seein one vehicle in the parking lot what? only one customer naw thatd be only one worker. I see everyone complaining about time, but it only takes this long because lack of workers.

Hope they hire more people for their sakes. Especially evening shift with Nissan letting out.

I stopped by to grab a snack on the way home. I was looking forward to the drive through window opening and getting a big whiff of that so distinctive Krystal smell! The window opened and I was hit in the face by nothing but the strong, overpowering stench of reefer! It was disgusting!
