First time back here in years (I live abroad currently). Will never be back after this. Don’t get the chicken pesto sandwich. Literally feels like a VC firm came in, gutted out anything quality, and now serves up the cheapest possible slop. I didn’t see or taste any pesto. The chicken was cheap cubed junk. Overall just terrible.
This used to be a top favorite spot. Sad to see what it is now.

One of the most poorly crafted meals I’ve ever eaten. My brisket sandwich had so little meat it tasted like a pickle sandwich. I doubt it had 1 oz of meat. I was hoping for a warm sandwich but it was cold. I could taste some BBQ sauce on one bite of the whole sandwich. I don’t even know if that one bite was good because all I tasted was pickle. And they give you an extra roll for some reason which was cold like it was straight out of the refrigerator. I paid $10 to eat little more than chilled bread. What’s the point of giving you a real non disposable plate and skimping on the food. Total mixed messages. I will never go again

I love this Zupas!! Me and my wonder wife love to come here and eat every single week! The food is so good and I just love the workers here! I feel like each one of them know me well and cook so fast and efficiently. Also the dishwasher mush be amazing cause the dishes are always spotless!!! Would highly recommend

I ordered the lasagna soup and it was very cold. I think it’s pretty reasonable to order soup and expect it to be at least a little warm if not hot! My chocolate covered strawberry was wilted and looked bad. I expected more from Zupas for the price of the food. Pretty disappointed and hoping for a better experience I the future.

Terrible experience at this location! I ordered ahead of time on the app, food wasn’t ready when I got there. They forgot the dressing, kids drink, and the kids fruit cup had one half a strawberry and one slice of an apple. The protein bowl had no peppers. Every single think wasn’t correct. Super frustrating.

Service with flair and a smile. Great attention to detail! We came at the low about 2:30pm and half the place to almost ourselves. Fresh fast friendly service we have come to enjoy. I got the lobster bisque WOW a must try. I also tried the BBQ Porto sandwich which was delicious. My wife got the south west bowl. The combination of chicken and veggies not to spice but just spicy enough. She loved it!

Everyone is so nice but they take a loooong time. I’ve ordered in person, in the drive thru and also done a mobile order-even if it says it’s ready it’s not. They also give almost no chicken on a half salad and the chicken tenders were ice cold in the middle. Def go to a different location til they get some things figured out :/

2 stars for the ordering process. Menu is great but you have to order and then move down the line and repeat the full order again and then at the register repeat it a 3rd time. I try to avoid this place when I have my family with me.

My to go order was 26 minutes later than I was told it would be ready, had several mistakes in the order. And when I had originally asked about the order when I was arrived I was basically told “I don’t know what’s going on with the order you would need to ask someone else”.
They had 7-8 employees there and it was very obvious 1 guys was doing 60% of the work and the rest of the people were just barely looking busy.
They need to give him a raise and fire the rest of them!
