Staff were very polite and friendly. Restaurant looked clean. They were not very busy so there was no wait. Unfortunately, my food just didn’t have a good flavor and the texture was rubbery and mushy depending on the bite. I used a coupon from the mail – two bowls for the price of one. I got a lot of food for the price I paid but unfortunately the only part of the meal that made me happy was the fortune cookie. I don’t plan to go back. I think they should cook food to order so it tastes more fresh. Even if they did, I’m not sure how to give advice about making food more flavorful. The recipes seemed bland. I don’t like to add soy sauce or other sauces. I like to taste the ingredients.

Food quality and portions vary depending on who’s the cook and who’s serving each shift which is not ideal. I got a bowl today with Chow mein and Orange chicken. I received the saddest portion of Chow mean and the Orange chicken tastes like it had been there for a while. Very disappointed!

By far the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to.
Gave this place a shot a few times and the portions are always tiny, the food is always bland, and the staff seems careless. I had ordered to pick up from Door Dash, and they forgot to include one of my selections in the 2 entree plate.
I thought places like this were supposed to be pretty much the same everywhere you go, but apparently the standards at the Sonoma location are pretty low, which is a shame since there isn’t many options there.

I go there 3 and a half hours before closing and they only have 3 things made!! That wasn’t even the worst part, then they looked at each other and literally and loudly sighed when I ordered food that they would have to make more of! Did they think we would all just choose chow mein and orange chicken and that’s it because they are clearly too lazy to cook the options that they are supposed to have ready when customers walk in throughout the day? And the cook doesn’t seem like they are following the panda express menu, it doesn’t taste good. Unfortunately in Sonoma we have so little options. It’s just Terrible all the way around!

Don’t show up 1 hour before close or the food will be dried and bad and much fewer options! Also, portion sizes or much less than other locations! This place needs training in customer service, clean and sanitary food preparation, and not serving dried food unless that’s how it is to be served! My rice and orange chicken was gross and dry!

I went there to get dinner for me and my family an hour and a half before they closed and I asked if there was going to be anymore of a couple of the things I wanted and they told me no. They had about half of their food there and it was an hour and a half before they closed. How can you refuse to cook any food when it’s still so long before you close? That’s ridiculous. I saw people walk in and walk out because of a lack of food. You cannot go to this Panda Express at night, they will have almost nothing and then refuse to cook any more food

It’s Panda so it’s always fairly good. But I’ve been to this Panda three times, and in those three times they’re always out of three or four dishes. I just think they’re slow on refilling their dishes. One time we were there it was 15 minutes before closing and they had like three items and that was it. This last time they had no cash so you had to use a credit card. But again it’s Panda so it’s always relatively good
