McDonald’s in Temple Terrace, FL is one of the better locations in the area. The service is fast, the staff is polite, and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. My order was correct, hot, and prepared quickly.
The team works efficiently even during busy hours, and the drive-thru moves at a good pace. It’s nice to see employees who are respectful and focused on customer service.

The Asian girl with the i heart ny lanyard had a big attitude for NO reason, my friend asked to replace her mcflurry and she rolled her eyes and was rude about it, amd then when I asked for my receipt, albeit I asked very nicely bc I work in fast food, Ik how it is, she AGAIN made it into smthn extra. The other guy however, with reddish hair was very sweet and made no fuss. We were very nice coming into the drive thru but left upset, its just a receipt

Don’t know what’s been going on lately, maybe to many hands touching the order and not enough reading. Made the error of ordering mobile thinking the Lobby was back to being open. The employees were kind enough to give me my food through drive thru despite not having a vehicle. However this is the second time I’ve made a mobile order where the app is systematically SET UP for you to customize what’s in your order. Yet I’m met with missing and incorrect items. If they’re out of stock I would understand but this is the second time I’ve received one fry instead of two when I paid for it. The first time nothing but air was substituted, this final time I was given an extra kids drink. Only ate my single nuggets order cause what’s the point. Please just read, or Quadruple check the order.

Just wanted to compliment the McDonald’s here for being one of the finest McDonald’s I have visited in the Tampa Bay area since moving back here. Trish the manager here was awesome. You notice her at the counter personally assisting customers with a beautiful smile. She was also the person who brought my breakfast order to my table. Very friendly and great attitude and personality. Huge asset for the company. The food was great and cooked to perfection. The hash browns were as good as the fries and the biscuits were just like Mom use to make them growing up. Fluffy and soft and almost crumbling. The store was very clean and the bathroom was very clean. All and all if I was grading the place I would give it a perfect score. Not the first time

Natasha and Shazia were very helpful in taking my order in the lobby today. I had my usual 2 sausage egg cheese mcmuffins and a senior coffee. Both of them smiled, greeted and engaged with me and other diners. This location is open 24 hours a day, and is very clean inside/including the men’s room. I highly recommend this Mcdonald’s location.

This McDonald’s has the most phenomenal team I have ever dealt with at a McDonald’s. They’re the most kindest, most welcoming, most respectful and always on top of everything. Soooooo rude. Both worker and manager. Literally gave my kids meal 4 french fries.then checked the rest of my order and had another medium french fry was less than half full. My wife asked them and she said what you want now? Really is this how customer service is supposed to be? We are a frequent customer here and it took me a long time to finally be done with this mess of a restaurant but I’m finally there. Mcdonalds please understand workers like these bring your brand down. Won’t be coming back. I will drive out if the way for better customer service. Or……go somewhere else!

I don’t know what happened to this location but I’m glad it did!! Their breakfast crew is OUTSTANDING. So loving and respectful with how they communicate with you. Especially the young lady at the pick up order window. Amazing attitude through and through. Also shoutout to the woman that took my order today, another 5 stars for her as well.
