I had an excellent dining experience at the Red Lobster in Sunland Park, and I want to especially recognize Alexis for her outstanding service. From the moment we were seated, she was incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and genuinely focused on making sure we had everything we needed.
Alexis checked on our table consistently without being intrusive, anticipated items before we even had to ask. She maintained a warm, friendly, and professional attitude the entire time, and it was clear she takes pride in providing exceptional guest service.
It’s very rare to encounter someone as observant, patient, and dedicated as Alexis. Her attention to detail and hospitality truly made our experience memorable. Red Lobster is fortunate to have her. We will definitely be returning, and we will be asking to sit in her section again.

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Red Lobster! The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Our server, shout out to Penn, was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure we had everything we needed. We recommend the crab legs and hope to come back for the happy hour next time!
