The hostess was rushing around trying to doing so many things at once that we waited several minutes for her to come back to seat us. I was getting ready to leave. She explained that she was bagging up take out orders. A few waitresses walked by but no one even said anything, like “she’ll be right back” or “it will just be a few minutes”. The line at the hostess station was backing up with people waiting to sit down, people waiting to pay their check and people picking up orders.
We got breakfast, just omelets, potatoes and toast. If you are a fan of hash browns, you should know they serve hash brown patties, like the ones in the freezer section at Walmart. They taste ok, just not traditional hash browns. Lunch looked like it would be a good choice here.

Great breakfast! We arrived about 9:50a and there was a wait. However, once seated we had great service. Large menu selection. I ordered one buttermilk pancake which took up an entire dinner plate. It was very tasty! I took half home!

First time here. It was great. Everyone else in my party got breakfast and boy did it look great. I got the pecan chicken salad wrap and mac salad. Best chicken salad I ever had! The service was super fast even though they were on a wait. I highly recommend them. Took off one star because of the noise level. Gotta go hungry!!

We visit here for breakfast from time to time dur to several gluten-free options for my wife. There is no guarantee thst there is cross contamination though, but options are limited in Greece. I ordered the fratata for the first time. It was very dry. Almost like a bed of home fries, onions and sausage with scrambled eggs laid on top and a slab of cheese melted over the top.

Genuinely enjoyed my first ever time here, the serves were fast, efficient and SUPER friendly. The food was delicious, me and my partner ordered omelettes and the were delicious!!! We also got a cannoli pancake and it was the perfect sweet treat!

I saw this place in passing during the summer and I really wanted to make it a point to go. I brought my sister along with me and immediately they had a great selection of menu items to choose from. The lady that served us was so incredibly patient and helpful; she made us want to go back again eventually. My sister and I ordered to same thing, the GAD breakfast but modified, and it was very good. It was sweet enough without the syrup and the flavor was all there. Everything was great. They are amazing with coffee refills as well! We had a nice time and I even told my parents about this place. The atmosphere is very good also, the booths are big and there’s plenty of space. Overall, a five star experience in every category from me and my sis! <33

I don’t normally write reviews, but this sandwich was so disappointing I felt compelled.
I ordered a Turkey Club that was supposed to come with bacon and dill pickle chips — two of the main reasons I chose it. It arrived with no bacon and a bag of generic chips instead of the advertised pickle chips. For $20, this is unacceptable.
Even worse, the turkey itself was thick-cut, wet, slimy, and disturbingly pink — not what I’d expect from a supposedly fresh deli sandwich. It was honestly unappetizing and felt like it had been sitting in a fridge too long.
If you’re charging premium prices, the product should reflect that. This was not even close. Missing ingredients, poor quality meat, and zero attention to detail. I won’t be ordering from here again.

If you are looking for a diner that has great food, kind employees, a clean atmosphere and quick service, Great American Diner is the place! It’s like having breakfast with family! The coffee (and the mugs) are better than any diner in Rochester and the pancakes can feed an army!!! Stop in sooner than later….see you there!!!
