Best Lebanese and Middle Eastern restaurants in the Hillcrest Neighborhood. The portion of the food was really good and price is very reasonable. The food was really delicious and felt like a homemade meal. We enjoyed the mint tea. Our server was very attentive and professional. Customer service is 10/10.
I highly recommend this restaurant.
Hope to be back someday soon.

Aladdin is a nice, cozy place for dining with friends or family. The food is delicious and perfect for anyone who loves Mediterranean or Indian cuisine. I had there Lamb & Beef Biryani, which was a very generous portion. I only ate half and took the rest home for lunch the next day.

Well, there was no lamp to rub, but Aladdin still made wishes come true . The chicken salad was delicious. So fresh. BUT Get the Borak cheese bread. The inside of the restaurant is clean but feels scattered. The waitress was so friendly. But I still wanted to see a genie in a bottle. It’s good, go, eat, rub a genie bottle of wine. Worth the visit.

We had the three meet combination skewer; lamb, beef & chicken along w huge portion of hummus, rice, garlic paste & all of the pita you could eat & a bowl of flavorful lentil soup. Also a big Greek salad that was plentiful & delicious. Try the house drinks like tamarind w rose water & tasty tea. Everything was delicious & we shared it all.

We absolutely love Aladdin! We order the lentil soup, which is phenomenal. The dolmas are hands-down the best I’ve ever had. The fatoush salad is a favorite. And we also love the chicken platter. Everything is so fresh and so authentic. Don’t skip out on the baklavah which is out of this world.

The food. The service. The staff. Wonderful!! We have been here a few times, and it never disappoints. The food is second to none. Great outdoor space, large indoor space. Definitely be back.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in San Diego, especially if I am looking for an in the mood for Mediterranean food. I love the chicken Shawarma wrap with the side salad because it is the perfect balance for my medical condition.

My friend that was with me for dinner this evening had ordered the lamb chops and she said it was absolutely wonderful. It is great that they have patio seating and are pet friendly because she had her four-legged child with her.

It was an evening of excellent food, great conversation and much love from the four-legged child. I definitely will be back!

Cute Lebanese restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. Surrounded by beautiful palm trees.
Cafe ambiance. Friendly and somewhat quaint indoor decor.
The falafels are yummy. Fluffy and well spiced. The Mussaka and rice as well as the Lebanese salad were delicious.

My go to lunch favorite! I love this place! It is a little pricey, but I certainly enjoy the authentic flavors! My go to entrees are the Chicken Kebab Wrap with a salad… the salad it comes with is great! You can get fries too, they are a good option too if you want to be more full. I also enjoy the Chicken Kebab plate! ( it’s the plate pictures here and the salad plate) It’s totally shareable! It’s a lot of food! If it’s a hot day, try the mint iced tea! It’s so refreshing!

One of the Staples of Mediterranean food in the San Diego area. Aside from the regular kabobs and shawarma they offer some home cooking dishes. The four star is for something I’m mentioning at the end of the review.
Three stars for taste. For two people we ordered $90 worth of food which brings me to the price it’s about 30% more than average on all diahws. We ordered makloba which was cooked perfectly but the taste was bland. Portions huge not small like the picture. We also ordered the Mezza collection of appetizers which had meats in it and not only salads. Backlava with ice cream is decedent andbfresh. The reason for the four stars is our waitress Stephanie added 18% gratuity for two people at the end and when I asked why she said when you order over a certain amount we charge that even for 2 people which was ridiculous I asked her to remove it and she did.whether the owners know or don’t know about this I don’t like restaurants that don’t have control over their servers. Service was good.
You have to come try those home cooking flavors for yourself and my advice to the owners is to have a family style section for those huge portions and the regular section on the menu for one person portions. Just my 2cents.
