Half kosmic karma & half holy shiitake … the pretzel and marinara and cheese sauce was so good I dug before taking a pic
The crust keeps me coming back and all the toppings & sauce are the perfect proportions. Try the beer cheese (regular) it’s amazing.
Prove me wrong: the pretzels are better than the pretzel bites.
Friendly waitstaff. Outside was perfect in the Fall. Lots of sports on tv for the bar.

My partner and I were first timers to mellow mushroom and were so lucky Giant Ryan was our server!! He answered all our questions before we even asked and guided us through everything. The food was amazing and the service was superior!! We got a large half house special and half Maui wowie pizza and it’s safe to say we will be back very soon.

Fresh ingredients, delicious cocktails, awesome pizza and the buffalo chicken dip is FIRE . You can customize your pizza, the staff is super nice and the atmosphere has a very good vibe. I hadn’t been to a MM in a while but I’m working in Jax and stopped in after another favorite was closed. I have been back several times, now! Their menu is very different from what I remember and the food is always fresh! Don’t sleep on MM!

Only reason they get 2 starts is because the food is so good . But the staff couldn’t even be bothered to do their jobs. The bartender and the server on the floor just steadily chatted while playing on their phones while I waited over 20 min to order a pizza … then I tell the girl who literally tossed my appetizer on the table saying nothing to go back to playing candy crush or scrolling dating apps that’d I’d like my bill now as I’m not going to continue being ignored mind you I came here yesterday too with the same girl same service same vibe . Should have left but really wanted that pizza I never even got . Manager came and talked to us because those little girls they have working there don’t understand customer service . I’d recommend to the owners and the like to make sure these kids are trained in proper customer service management and bed side table manners . I feel we were profiled from the moment we came in and there was no offering to make it right , to Comp my appetizer and tea , or to even give me a gift certificate to go to another location as a server with years under my own belt and management – you comp meals and make it right for the next time . Disgusted with how my husband and I were treated when I come in there and spend a lot of money every time .

Timothy treats this place as of its own and I love it. Our guest experience was awesome for a little date night. He cleaned up, did table touches and made sure he fixed our issue that we didn’t even make a big deal about. He definitely went above and beyond! We will drive the 40 mins again to come back! Our server was Caillin & she was awesome! She knew the menu & gave great suggestions. She was personable & very attentive. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. She upsold us so well & it was soooo worth it!!! Our pizza was absolutely delicious & so was the spinach dip. I want to have Caillin as my server every time I come here!
