Management at this Dunkin location is horrible.
I’ve worked customer service, and management myself for a restaurant and the main thing you’re taught is the customer is always right. You don’t argue with customers. I went and got a free mobile drink , I asked for less ice in my cup because 90% of it is ice. Well the manger puts extra milk in my latte because I asked for less ice so my latte is a cup of milk. When going in and asking nicely for more espresso she argued and didn’t add it. Horrible management, and why I’ll continue to go to walnutport Dunkin.

If you want water hot coffee here is the place to come. The ppl that work there are nice. Just the hot coffee is nasty! I try giving them a try again, but im done with their hot coffee.
Cold brew is decent and their food I never had an issue with.

I mobile order from this Dunkins’ every day because it’s the only one around and 20 minutes after I have placed my mobile order my order is still not ready for at least another 10 minutes, and when I get my order, at times, more often the night, the drinks are a little more than half full. I’ve never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts, where they have 2 to 3 people working inside and are incapable of Getting a mobile order ready and completed within 20 minutes, with very few customers inside and no mobile orders, ready to go on the shelf,It’s ridiculous! This place desperately needs new management

It’s sad when you go to a Dunkin Donuts to get donuts.And they don’t have any at 6:30 in the morning. No donuts at all.What kind of donut shop is that?This is not just a coffee shop like wth.. Just lovely when you do and online order they will still charge you for food they don’t have. So then it’s up to the customer to have to go back in to get their donuts another day. Ridiculous!!
Oh , and gotta love how they don’t know how to stir their coffees!

I ordered a medium iced latte with less ice.i got the coffee and it was a little bit more than halfway full.Let alone I spent 6 dollars on this latte.I went in there and the lady told me that the coffee is supposed to be like because it has light ice.I kept telling her that the other coffee I got was full and it was less ice too.She kept telling me that’s how they make them.So I walked out with no refund or another drink.Never ordering anything from there again.

The workers who cook the food here don’t read customers orders. I substitute white cheddar to any sandwich and I always end up with American. When I order chipotle wraps, I substitute the cheese and the meat for sausage. They never have my order right.

They are still good for a basic cup of coffee and some donuts. If you try to order more than one or two items it throws them off and some items are usually missing or prepared improperly. Very clean kitchen and dining area.
