Came here for the first time and had a great experience. Our server Christine was amazing, super friendly and attentive.
The fried chicken was juicy and delicious, the pancakes were not my favorite but everything else was good.

I regret having to share this review, but this will be our last visit to this location. Today, Easter, it was a disappointing turkey meal. The waitress brought my meal, swimming in gravy with the wrong sides!! It looked like slop on a plate. Stuffing wasn’t good, either. The meal wasn’t good at all. Secondly, she forgot our drinks and the biscuits were cold after they finally arrived. My husband also got the wrong sides. The waitress blamed the kitchen for picking the sides, lol. Slow and wrong.
I love the gift shop, and the staff was so nice helping pick items. Pecan pie is the best part of the meal.

The store isn’t vegan friendly but I still love the clothes so I go just to shop. It would be great to visit one of these stores and not be watched as if I’m stealing. This is why people shop online nowadays. Otherwise I’ll take whatever I can get that’s people friendly nowadays. I ended up getting the blue striped shirt. Great sale items around but I never felt comfortable here enough to shop longer. More of a get what you need and get out type of vibe.

I actually got the egg sandwich w/country ham, but my daughter & I food was pretty good. Tehja [sp.] was simply amazing as our waitress – very attentive & patient. For it to be a Sunday around 10a, the wait time was expected to 15 minutes but it was less that even w/the crowd.

We visited in a day when the restaurant was slammed with a big Grade five graduation party. Unfortunately, they were not prepared for the onslaught of patrons & the service & food quality suffered tremendously. Our server appeared to be overwhelmed & confused at times. The kitchen couldn’t keep up with the orders.
Two of our three meals were incorrect & the food was cold. When we spoke to the manager, he quickly threw out the bill & asked that we give them another chance at some point.
We don’t have Cracker Barrel in Canada. However, the next time we are in South Carolina, we will give it another try.
The store attached to the restaurant is really eclectic & super fun to walk through. I was able to pick up some souvenirs & a cute little solar gnome for my sister’s garden!

I never realized that Thanksgiving Day is probably the busiest day of the year for this franchise. There was an hour wait for a table when I arrived at 4:30. I kind of figured I’d be the only one there with a skeleton crew. But not so. The fried turkey was delicious, but the sides (hash brown casserole and sweet potato casserole) were both mediocre at best. Something was missing in both. I know this because I’ve had both of them before and they were delicious. And the portions were very small. I get that, because of the huge crowd they had they probably didn’t want to overserve and run out of anything. The biscuits and cornbread were outstanding as usual. Could not have asked for a better waitress (Jessica). I was just grateful that they were all there so that I can have a good Thanksgiving day meal.

I was really shocked maybe I went on a bad day. Normally the food is amazing but today wasn’t good. The atmosphere was crazy, maybe because it was unusually crowed. I don’t know but the pancakes were small and I thought you use to get 3 large plate size pancakes. Today I got 2 small saucers size ulgy looking pancakes. I asked for cheese eggs scramble well, came out runny. A small portion of cold hashbrown casserole. I will be back just maybe another time frame. I didn’t enjoy my food at all.
