Bad,bad,bad everything bad. Arrived around 8p.m. Food was cold and looked raw uncooked. Ordered chicken tender platter aswell and couldn’t eat one tender. They were so thin with no chicken mostly all fried chicken batter. Thanks for the gallon of grease. What a waste. I wondered why it looked empty. Now I know.

Sat at the bar and the bartender Matt was very friendly and professional! He took my wife’s and drink and food order, but made sure we were taken care of.
I ordered a whiskey and coke and he made it really well! Very delicious! He made sure my wife had her creamer for her coffee, and gave her the pecan syrup.
At the end, he checked if we were good and have us our tab. We tipped really well for his excellent service!

We wanted to take our grandkids out for Sunday dinner , we waited over an hour for our food . When we did get it everything was cold . I dont understand how you people are still in business. When we called the manager thats all she could say was sorry about that . Wth . We are not going to eat cold food so we left . I will never come back here again ! They even teamed up with i hop ,but can’t even get that rt . Smh Stop … give up..

i went with my husband and we recently visited the new Applebee’s & IHOP restaurant, and it was an amazing experience from the beginning from the hostess victor and to our server izzy! The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was just as impressive.
Our server, Izzy, was wonderful. i asked for the 4 cheese penne pasta and omg it amazing, My husband ordered the chicken and waffles and he ate all of it making us wanting to go back and try new items from the menu
I did have a small issue with the pasta taking a second to come but it was handled very well The manager, Geraldine, stepped in and helped right away. she understood how i felt and she reassured me that the pasta shouldn’t have taken that long she had fresh pasta made for me and it made me feel like she was actually making me happy and as if she wanted for me to come back. Her professionalism and kindness amazed me.
From the moment we walked in we knew it was going to be a good time! The music was perfect and where amazing songs i haven’t heard in a while, we did purchase the credits to listen to music which is cool i’ve never seen anything like that!!!

Our server, Jaiden, was fantastic. I asked her what she recommended on the menu, and she suggested the grilled cheeseburger. I went with her recommendation, and I’m so glad I did, it was amazing, cooked perfectly, and full of flavor. My wife ordered the Colorado omelette, and she said it was great and honestly tasted like it was made with love.
I did have a small issue with the pickle fries, mainly with how they were fried. However, the way it was handled completely changed the experience for the better. The manager, Mekayla, stepped in and helped me right away. She made me feel heard, valued, and important, not like someone just complaining for free food. That level of care and professionalism really meant a lot.
From the delicious food to the outstanding service from both our server and the manager, everything was top-notch. We had an excellent experience and will definitely be returning!!!

My sister and I were there Thursday, January 15, 2025 & a lady by the name of Gloria waited on us. She was so nice and sweet. She always make sure we had our drinks filled and I haven’t come across anybody like her in a long time she made you feel welcome. The food was good too lol it was hot. My steak came the way it was opposed to to my sister luv her chicken Parmesan. Everything was really good. This is like the third time we’ve been there. We don’t live around there when we have appointments, we always stop there now. We’ve always gotten good food and great service. Thank you Miss Gloria.

Great service from start to finish! I was greeted & sat immediately! On a Sunday, already 2 stars! The waitress Ashley gave exceptional service! She was very attentive & delivered above and beyond service! The food was hot and delicious, it was a little wait but well worth it! I will definitely be back!

Ordered the 2 for $25 deal which included mozzarella sticks, a grilled cheese burger, and a sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. We also got the Bourbon Mushroom Swiss burger. Total came out to $56.59.
The mozzarella sticks were good—nothing special, but no complaints there. The issues started with the burgers. The Bourbon Mushroom Swiss had no bourbon flavor at all, and the patties were pretty tasteless. The grilled cheese burger had the same problem: bland meat, barely melted cheese, and a plain toasted piece of bread that felt thrown together with no butter or seasoning. The tomato soup that came with it was extremely small and very heavy on basil.
The steak was ordered medium rare but came out with a thick, almost burnt crust, and ended up dry and lacking flavor. The mashed potatoes were okay, nothing memorable. The mac and cheese was a white-cheddar “mac” made with penne pasta, topped with bacon and shredded cheese. I thought it was alright, but my wife didn’t care for it at all. Some items, like the mashed potatoes, were served cold which didn’t help.
The first thing we received was the “sweet tea,” which definitely wasn’t sweet tea and honestly tasted pretty bad.
On a positive note, our waitress was kind and did a good job. Overall though, for the price we paid, the food quality was pretty disappointing. Not the experience we were hoping for at Applebee’s this time.
-Update: Two days later, I just checked my bank statement and it says that they charged me $70, I am furious ive tried calling them and their phone dont work, so I am going to be forced to drive all the way over.

Worst restauraunt experience of my life.
Absolutely horrible food and service. My sons hamburger was given to us burnt, dinner came and seemed like it had been sitting out since lunch. Wings were completely dried up, quesadilla was dry and tasted like grease, mozzarella sticks tasted like they were freezer burned, spinach dip also came out strangely dry and gross.
Me, my wife, and son did not eat our food and we told the server it was bad and wanted the check.
She didnt even bother to remove the meals from the check, and we had to wait an extra 30 minutes for her to get it taken off when we told her we wanted her to remove them.
