My Go-To Lunch Spot!
What a gem! From the moment you walk in, the hostess greets you with a smile and makes you feel right at home. The place is spotless, and the bar staff is absolutely top-notch—friendly, fast, and fun! The salad bar is always fresh and full of great options, and the Ruby Tuesday app makes it even better with awesome discounts and rewards. Wasn’t the best experience with atmosphere. The kitchen was behind and there was no glasses! With that being said Rachel who was my bartender was amazing and was the reason I didn’t walk out! You can tell she has been in the service industry for awhile and she made things the best with what she had! Loved her!

Worst service ever. My wife order a Cajun shrimp pasta.. but as you can see this is filled with extra spicy Cajun too spicy for my wife to even finish .the cheese wouldn’t melt .food was cold shrimps didn’t taste done. I wanted the salad bar but everything was low .the lettuce was brown and it looks like like they stocked the salad bar up early that morning and never restocked it and by the time we was here at 7 p.m. everything was ran out. The sucky part about it I am vegan so the only thing I could eat is salad but seem like that was a no-go. We Love Ruby Tuesday . we come from Louisiana and book a hotel right next to Ruby Tuesday down here while we in town handling business and wanted Ruby Tuesday but everything about it was disappointing at this location from my wife shrimp pasta all the way down to the salad bar. I tried to record the salad bar but my phone was at 3% & died…so didn’t get a chance to record by the time we got up from the table

I can honestly say that I see why the reviews are like they are. No one is up front to be the hostess. The other workers had to keep asking her to come back to assist. Fo the order. I ordered Alfredo shrimp with chicken added. Pictures attached. I showed the broken piece of chicken to an employee and she laughed and said they were wrong. Pasta dry asked for some on the side. The waitress still haven’t came back

I discovered this hidden gem a month ago, and I’ve returned at least twice weekly ever since! If you’re looking for a quiet, clean peaceful restaurant with low wait times, great food, and amazing service, this is the place for you!
I’m always greeted by Safiyah and Ashley, and they are the sweetest ladies ever. They always greet you with a smile, and thy frequently check on you to make sure all is well.
I’ve had to dart out a few times to make it back to the office, and they’ve been really great with quickly getting me my check and helping me on my way. I’ve also picked up dinner a few times, and the to-go service is similarly fantastic.
My fave food choices: The Thursday burger special, endless soup and salad, and almost all of their entrees are excellent.
Definitely give this Ruby Tuesday a try if you’re ever in the area!

Today was my first time visiting Ruby, Tuesday my server Aisha had excellent customer service And took my order and got my food ready in a timely manner. It was a great experience despite how busy the restaurant was, Aisha displayed premier customer service and was very attentive to all our needs. Hands down 5 star service.

Rachel provided us the Best Customer service. Food was delicious. But Rachel made the experience off the chain. She was friendly, kind and very welcoming. She even got me to try a new drink and I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked it. We live about 50 miles from here, but because of her great customer service we decided that we will be back to this location and it’s all because of Rachel. Kudos to her. Best customer service that we’ve received in a while ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
