So much to try! My fav are the croissants and a traditional bean paste bun! Croissants have a fresh buttery flake and taste, they have several flavors that will make u wanna buy them all! My kid loved the croissant-cookie such an original creation!
I loved every piece I got and they have great service! Prices vary from 3.50, 4.50, 6 etc
They sell beautifully decorated cakes around 45-50$ and have drinks as well.
I wish i could have one closer but i def dont mind, french and Asian bakery are my favorite and this place just has it all!
They also had some desserts that reminded me of Japan. The beverages were pleasant with some twists. I got their honey lavender cafe macchiato. It was well balanced and not bracing. My friend died their matcha lemonade and said it was also well-balanced with a hint of soda water added to contrast the lemon green tea flavor.
I can highly recommend going there, but it is a tight space. Exercise care and patience when it is busy. The real lack in the space is room for strollers and wheelchairs. Other than that, it is a clean, simply decorated place that is focused on food.
Not only that but every staff member is wonderful!! Everyone is so kind. If they see you walk in they will say hi, make conversation, and really make you feel welcomed! Definitely one of my favorite bakeries!
During my visit, I experienced excellent customer service overall. However, I noticed that the label for the Mocha Cake was missing from the display. Proper labeling is important for food safety, particularly for customers with allergies. The absence of a label could pose a potential health risk, especially for children or individuals with food sensitivities.
When I pointed out this quality control issue to the cashier, she* responded with an annoyed and dismissive attitude. While the initial service was positive, the response to a legitimate food safety concern was unprofessional and could discourage customers from raising important issues in the future.
Secret Shopper/Food Critic here…
My dining experience, otherwise, was excellent. The food was amazing and prepared quickly.
*The Cashier was a young Asian lady, around her 30s, and possibly early 40s.
I didn’t have enough time to get her name, as the parameters of my Food Inspection didn’t allow for it
