Food was fantastic but the table service was lacking. Refills didn’t happen and we had to go to the counter because of some missing food.

Hardly anyone there and the salad bar was gross. Not stocked. Salad was brown and slimy. No onions no salad no bacon bits and the tomatoes looked bad. Oh and i just used the bathroom,, yuck. I literally cleaned the toilet. It had poo all over it. And the sink and floor was disgusting. 10/21/19. 6:30 pm.. I’m leaving now

The food itself isn’t terrible. However, the staff and wait is less than desirable. I went Tuesday night. The manager, Amanda & some other dude (not in a pizza hut shirt) just vanished while me & 3 others waited on our orders. Props to Morgan…he was doing EVERYTHING & checking people out.
I waited over 30 minutes AFTER I got the ready notification on my phone from my mobile order. Manager…do better.

Sorry to say, but the pizza had no taste, dry, not cheese taste or any of the toppings. Low on stock had to purchase the big bottle of soda because it didn’t have any 12 oz or fountain drinks.
Then, they didn’t make the pizza per our order. They did offer to remake the pizza over or discount the miss made. At least, that was nice of them.
The staff members we met were nice, friendly.and priced about average.

Their service wasn’t great at all. I sat at a table and waited for my 2 pizzas with a personal pan, for almost 35 minutes, cashier told me 15 to 20. The table that had been dined in at was filthy dirty for the whole time I was here. All employees including manager was back in the office (talking). The female that was working from what I could see was doing her job but I have no idea.

Visited on a weekday the place was empty. We placed our order online and arrived to pick it up the girl who was putting orders together who was the Manager did not acknowledge our presence after about 10-15 minutes old standing there I asked if I could checkout sometime this evening and after she rudely said I’m putting the order together and me saying you haven’t asked the name and I told her she quickly retracted her attitude and began to apologize.

Pizza Hut in Farmington has hands down the BEST traditional bone-in chicken wings in town and its not even close. Over BWW and CERTAINLY over Dominos. If you like wings you MUST give them a try! Their extra hot buffalo wings are addicting, cooked superbly, and MEATY!

We were planning to dine in. Girl standing at the register asked us to sit anywhere we wanted to. One other table had customers. It was about 1 pm on a Friday. There were 3 employees standing around the register and kitchen area just talking. We waited about 15 minutes. No one came to take our order. WE LEFT. I doubt they even knew.
