When we got here it was crowded, which seems to be the usual here. The hostess had an attitude since we asked for a corner spot away from people, if possible. We understood it was a very specific request, but didn’t mind waiting and we told her so. When we did she copped an attitude. We did eventually get sat down in a back corner. Our waitress however, was quite polite and understanding of any extra requests. I think her name was Taleena. We got a steak and sides and a salad with chicken. Rolls were complimentary and as good as one expects if you’ve been here before. Steak was made how I asked, was very flavorful and any extras asked for were gotten. Napkins, extra dressing, etc. Overall good experience with the exception of the hostess. We would return, but hope not to be seated by that particular hostess again.

Ordered two family style meals, and this is the two pint size of cheese fries we paid extra for.
The kids meal had double the fries for reference.
Inquired about it and the lady was rude and said the only option I had to bring the food back to the restaurant 20 minutes away for them to correct it.

Everything was first rate! The place was was swarming busy. It made no difference in the experience. The service was superlative. Everyone from the hostess, the “bus people” to the waitress was friendly, polite, professional and were genuinely concerned about my satisfaction & happiness. The food was cooked to perfection. It was delicious! I highly recommend frequenting this restaurant! 5 stars!!!

Not thinking It was Valentine’s Day until I got the parking lot. It was extremely busy. The wait-list was an hr. However, people we exiting tge establishment fairly quickly. After being seated, appetizers and food came out fast and fresh. The server was excellent. She friendly, courteous and very cheerful considering how crowded and busy they were. The food was develivered promptly, prepared perfectly to order was very flavorful.

Made an online pickup order and wanted to try something other than steak, well don’t waste your money. The catfish dinners, one 3pc and one 4pc . The sides was way larger than the pieces of fish. If that was even catfish. TEXAS ROADHOUSE DO BETTER. Know times are hard but really.

The service was terrible. Our server never stopped by after taking our order. My steak came out looking like a piece of rubber. Sent it back for a proper steak. We received our food, sent the bad steak back, received the new steak, finished our food, got refills from a manager that just happened to be passing by our table and paid our check on the tablet at the table without seeing our server one time. Besides the steak, the rolls were delicious and the country fried chicken was good. The poor service is what really made this experience terrible. Thankful we’re not local.

First timers here! Traveled from Minnesota for my daughters AIT graduation and had to stop for supper! The food was absolutely amazing. Cooked to perfection and the whipped honey butter for the homemade rolls was chefs kiss!

Had a little bit of a wait to get 4 of us in but not too bad. Place was very busy for a Sunday. Our waitress was very nice. Food was pretty good overall. It did take quite a long time for us to get rolls as they were out and waiting on more to bake but when we got them they were good and fresh. Steak was cooked perfectly medium. Although I didn’t care for the loaded mashed potatoes as they were over seasoned. But all in all everything was pretty good.
