Since when did Taco Bell get so stingy with their food? The prices keep going up but the portions keep shrinking. I ordered the chalupa combo and both chalupas had barely any chicken. They were so thin it looked like they forgot the filling altogether.

I don’t know what happened to this place, it used to be a top favorite, but this place has went to shit! The past couple of times we ate here overr the past few weeks, the food was terribly prepared, lacking much of any substance other than tortillas, made wrong, inedible due to tough and chewy wraps or soggy tacos to the point I had to open them and let them dry before I could peel them off the wrapper, or all of the above. Tonight, I had to remove half my wrap from my crunch wrap because it was too tough to chew, and I ordered 2 cheese quesadillas (nothing added or left out) which ended up nothing but just barely enough cheese to stick the tortilla together with. The cinnabons were good, that’s it.

Went got our supper here few minutes ago, I always check the bag before leaving the drive thru, so unfortinatly I had to circle around and go in, I ordered soft tacos they gave us hard shell and the manager REFUSED to make it right? I had my reciept to, and the bag of food I had purchased! Very unprofessional! Very rude! Can not do your job correctly move over let somebody else out perform you which needs done here

Today was the day my daughter come in and saw a lady drop frozen fries on the floor and pick them up and put in the fryer. Then served said fries to another customer who saw as well. A she told them she did not want the FLOOR FRIES. The attitudes from everyone were literally sucky. An then management had the audacity to be disrespectful to my daughter. This mom doesn’t play. A you maam need another. My daughter is 14 and quiet. She wasn’t rude to anyone. It is gross how today turned out. I am unsure why the service was distasteful and disrespectful. But I will be going to be making a report to corporate! Shame on you!

I’m here about ever two weeks when I do my shopping in town. They’ve been really good most of the time in the last year. They hired much better employees than they had 4-5 years ago. I use to travel the country from CA to NJ to FL, been to TacoBells everywhere, and was so disappointed with my hometowns own. I’m pleased they have improved so much, and I’ll be there again in a few days.

Came in today and paid over $35 for next to no food. I ordered triple chicken on a power bowl, and I got about 2oz. of chicken. My wife’s nachos were less than half the bowl, and we paid $5 for their new fries that equalled about 50 cents worth of food. Absolutely ridiculous, even for a fast food place!

This Taco Bell (Fort Payne AL location) is always good. I have been through multiple times in the last week and they have gotten my order right every single time (most get something wrong due to me asking for sauces to be removed etc), but they got it right every time and it was so GOOD! They also don’t skimp on the nacho fry dust/flavor which is huge to me because if I wanted regular fries I could get them almost anywhere. I love the nacho fries and it makes me so happy when I can actually taste that they are nacho fries!
