Some people don’t have the luxury of going out to eat and when you pick a place like Longhorn you expect the food to be cooked with pride. This wasn’t what happened not only did they think just because my son was only 2 he wouldn’t complain about his food. He took a bite and spit it out. I opened his burger and it was burnt and not just a little both sides were just burnt like they didn’t care it was for a toddler. I said something and was looked like I did it. All my food was warm not hot just felt like it was left on the counter when It was finished and they brought it when they were good and ready. I took a picture of the table when I was leaving showing all the food was not eaten and nothing was done about it.

I always look for a Longhorn when I’m traveling, and this location did not disappoint! The server was excellent and went above and beyond. The food was stellar, the service was quick and the chocolate cake dessert was phenomenal !

My husband and I came here for our anniversary. We thought it was going to be an upscale steakhouse but maybe it would be considered that for a small cowboy town. There was dust all over the place and staff, atmosphere and food was definitely not upscale. Everything was way way oversalted, And the old fashioned beverage I ordered was sickeningly sweet and red. I’ve never seen an old fashioned that color before. The entire experience was very disappointing!

We were celebrating a birthday party of 10 on a Saturday afternoon. Susan, the host, quickly arranged a table for us, and our server Alyanna was also fantastic in taking our orders and getting drinks and food delivered in a timely manner. Food was prepared as ordered. No complaints it was a great time, and no one left hungry.

The steaks that the four of us ordered, New York and Tbone were absolutely cooked to be perfect. The potatoes were cooked just right and our appetizer Onion breaded was excellant. The only gripe is that a tip is automatically started at 18% .

I came here a couple weeks back hoping for a nice meal. The food was pleasant but the service could have been better by a long shot. I was incredibly troubled to see and hear my waitress screaming at our hostess. The waitress was inefficient but I was floored by her attitude and conduct. Rude woman who should not be in service at all. The language I heard from her was beyond unprofessional.

We’re were sat near the kitchen when the server came to us and asked what we wanted to drink. Water please. She took off. Came back and asked if we were ready to order. A few minutes please. Took off. Came back 7minutes later and ask are you ready to order. Yes I asked if medium rare was real read for the filet I ordered and she got cocky with me and pointed at the top of the menu and pointed to each temperature without speaking. I asked what vegetable they had and she spoke with a cocky attitude the second time. My husband ordered the salmon and never asked if he wanted a side nor myself. I should have said something to her or told her I’m all set and left but I didn’t. Brought us our food within 10 minutes and never came back to ask how our food was. The bill was $51.43. I gave her $100.00. She short changes me by 48 cents which wasn’t a big deal. No thank you at all. I was going to give her a 25 percent tip like I always give but I left $5.00 which she deserves 0. I left a not to her thanking the cooks and told her I would have left you a great tip if you had a better attitude. If you don’t like serving find a different job. I retired from the this business and know the aspects of it all. If she worked for me with that cocky attitude she would definitely be fired!! Be aware and speak up if your server treats you with disrespect.

There was three of us and we ordered medium rare, medium, and medium well. All steaks came cooked exactly the same. If you’re too picky I don’t recommend this place but overall it was okay and affordable. Service is good atmosphere is fine and food is alright. I will go back when I have family in town but if it’s just me I’ll go to another steakhouse lol

Grabbed two filet steaks when we recieved it. It was over cooked by two temp degrees. When we told our server she told me and my pregnant wife to swap steaks. The beer I recieved was flat and when I spoke to the server she said it was suppose to be like that. My broccoli was mushy. A African American manager came to speak with us offered a new steak but my partner was almost done eating. At the end we got charged full price for the entire meal. Hospitality here was beyond horrible. We had high hopes due to it being local to us. Very disappointed how the entire staff handled the situation. Clearly the focus is turning tables rather than customer satisfaction.
