The last time I’ve came to this place was over 2 years ago. The hamburger was not good at all. So a couple of days ago my husband wanted some tenders. So I stopped by since it’s on the way home. The service was excellent and Thr Tenders!! The Tenders was fresh and hot!! Everything was hot and the atmosphere was awesome. Been back since then and will continue to come back

I love culver’s. It is my favorite burger. today I decided to eat the fish sandwich. I got a burger for me and my husband and onion rings and fries. I was so excited to get home from my long day of work to open the bag and find out that my fish sandwich was missing yes missing. I have never been so upset in my entire life. I even thought my husband hid my sandwich from me because I could not believe that Culver’s would do this to me on the day that I had unfortunately they did. I was left without my delicious sandwich and I’m still hungry. I’m only eating onion rings today after having Culver’s I can only leave them a one star review because they forgot my North Atlantic cod sandwich. This has upset me so much. I think I’m going to have to take a break from going to Culver’s for a bit. I love Culver’s, but they disappointed me.

Ordered a kids meal and instead of the custard that is supposed to come with it I was charged for a shake that came out to almost 5 dollars. Contacted their customer support and their email back to me said it could take up to two weeks to go through my concern IF they decide to fulfill it. Their customer service is absolutely horrible.

Food and staff are good. But the way the run the drive thru is terrible. They tell you to pull up to wait for your food as everyone piles in around you. Instead of doing this is a more organized fashion. You don’t get to check your food as they give it to you away from the drive-through window and then they leave. There were people behind me who ordered food who now have to wait until everyone in front of them leave so that they can leave.

Alec took our order and was so nice. We are a large family with 4 young kids and he was so accommodating and took him time with us ordering and complimented us with everything. They have coloring pages and books to read for the kids while we wait for the food. Bathrooms are clean. Highly recommend eating here! Good job Culver’s!

This Culver’s off Nebraska is an absolute disaster. At the drive thru I had to repeat my order about six times just to even get it placed, and when the guy finally read it back it was still wrong. He literally just laughed about it and said he was sorry. That alone showed me they genuinely do not care about the customer experience.

I ordered a double butter burger bacon deluxe value basket and the bacon wasn’t even cooked. The burger tasted like absolute garbage. On top of that, I ordered chili cheese fries and they somehow didn’t give me a single napkin or any silverware. Who serves chili cheese fries with nothing to eat them with?

This location clearly does not care. Between the attitude, the uncooked food, and the total lack of basic items like napkins, this was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be returning.

There was pretty good food at this establishment. They forgot a part of our order so we had to go back inside in order to get it. But the customer service was nice and welcoming. The food was also very well made. On another note, their shakes and dessert products are nice to have in combination with everything else there.

Ordered curbside 2 concretes and a custard. Waited 30 minutes before going inside and our order was just sitting in the cooler melting while one lady commented to another “I thought *some other lady’s name* ran that out already”… also saw the lady that was helping me take one of the concretes and add more custard and mix it again because of how long it was just sitting there.
