As a mom of 5 and the wife of a business owner, i have a busy schedule. This is our family’s regular at least once a week. Tonight was extra special. Our order was mixed up and canceled but the went above and beyond to make up for it. I ended up going back a short time later and they were giving out cookies to every kid that walked in. It was just a great atmosphere! Great customer service Rowlett Little Cesars!

Ordered pepperoni cheese stuffed pretzel crust with cheese sauce along with crazy bread received pepperoni cheese stuffed normal crust with salt and no cheese sauce both pizza and bread were under cooked. Guy behind counter was nice

They have a new warming system that they will put your pizza in when ready. Then you just arrive. Type in the code and you will retrieve your pizza. What a brilliant idea

Speedy service. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and I was in a rush. I waled in and bought 4 pizzas and 2 sodas and it was only $24. That’s what I like about Little Caesars Pizza, they live up to their name of ready-made-hot-pizzas. That’s what I expect and that’s what I get each time.
This place is clean and there were a lot of people when I walked in. It was after 6pm on a Friday evening and there were lots of pizzas ready to go. Love the food, the service and the friendliness.

Stopped by for a pretzel pizza with sauce and crazy bread. You can see how the pizza looks and the crazy bread was raw and soggy. It was drenched in oil. Smelled like it was dunked in the toilet. Stay away from this place.

I ordered 2 customized pizzas and it seems like the world fell apart. 45 minutes after placing the order I show up to get my online order to find out the guy messed it up and was remaking it. Ok fine. I walk out and check my order for it to be a pizza that looks like a 3 year old make it and pizza I didn’t order. WATCH OUT! Despite TV ads, the menu, and 4 different IN STORE ads, the $7.99 thin crust single topping (pepperoni) pizza is charged at $8.99. Same price as the 3-meat pizza. When confronted the employees simply shrug and say ‘I dunno’ with no effort to make good on the ad not 2 feet from them as well as on the menu. Further, despite the grab-n-go being empty, the employees are seemingly agitated by anyone needing to order in person. If you advertise $7.99, charge me $7.99… it’s pretty doggone simple.
THE FOOD? The ‘3 Meat Treat’ was doughy, undercooked, and had almost no sauce. It’s definitely filling and will feed 3-4 adults cheaply, but its no treat. The thin crust was also undercooked, not at all crispy. The crust was more like a stale, hard-ish flour tortilla. It also wasn’t cut so we had to do that ourselves.
Little Caesars advertised business model seems great but this place fails to execute on a single aspect. If I’m going to get crappy pizza from rude incompetent people, I’d much rather go to Cicis. The price (value) is better, the pizza is better, the people are competent, and I can get a salad.
The only reason for the high 2 star rating (instead of the single star they deserve) is the potential for the ‘3 Meat Treat’ to be a good value for a small family because it’s only $8.99 and it is filling. Just make sure it’s cooked.
And yes, in some ads the $7.99 is from 4-8pm. I was there at 4:30. Nevertheless, the time constraint is not on any ad or menu in-store.

The older man running the front counter needs a raise! The shop was extremely busy, but he was still able to handle all the customers and orders easily and was extremely friendly and handled the rush like a pro 10/10 experience

Stopped by here after a Walmart run, to get some cheap, quick pizza. They really need to improve their crust. It was very oily and a bit tough. Cheese and sauce are good in my opinion. Crazy bread was the worst I’ve ever had. I remember loving this stuff back in the 90s and it was usually soft and tender. This was tough, misshapen and awful.

Last month I ordered a deep dish lunch combo. When I got the pizza, it was dry and rubbery. I called and spoke to someone at the store and was given credit for the lunch combo. I called today to use it, and was told by the manager there was no credit for me. All she could do for me was give a discount on the lunch combo. I took the offer and went to pick the food up and paid 4.00 for the lunch combo. I forgot to grab my drink, and she told me that the discount did not include the drink.
