Special shoutout as this is a really nice tropical smoothie. We ordered the jerk chicken wrap, the Thai wrap, and a green smoothie and have 0 complaints. The workers were all nice and went above and beyond (the girl that checked us out even went out of her way to walk our to-go order across the restaurant to us when we could have easily picked it up from the counter). Clean bathrooms too! And we noticed that they have a health rating of 100.

Just got a buffalo wrap and two kid smoothies. The wrap is always consistent. But those smoothies are dead awful today. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t have written this is at least one smoothie was good. But both is ludicrous. And the strawberry banana was only filled three quarters of the way and the chocolate banana was mostly liquid.

Placed an online order for 1 smoothie and a wrap. ETA was @12:15 wasn’t put out until 12:20 no big deal. Until I took a sip of my smoothie I always order the chia banana boost and it normally is a powerful peanut butter/banana flavor instead it tasted like watered down peanut butter hardly any flavor. The chicken Caesar wrap was okay but definitely not the best.

I had a very disappointing experience with Jarva Bryant. She didn’t greet me at all and instead yelled out my total. I had two separate orders, so I asked her which one the total was for, but she just kept repeating the total without answering my question. When I asked again, she made a rude face at me. I don’t understand how that’s my fault. The whole interaction felt very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I would like to give a BIG shout out to Matthew. He went above and beyond. When I say HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. After sitting in line for 15 minutes line wasn’t moving too much. I asked for a rain check or refund cause I had to be to work in like 3 minutes. He actually went inside and brought my order out to me This makes customers come back. I definitely will be back. This time I’ll come 30 to 45 minutes to wait in line. Thank u Matthew.
