Asador is located right inside of the Renaissance Dallas Hotel. Be aware of the paid parking.
The atmosphere was upscale but relaxed, great vibes all around.
Rosie and the staff were incredible. Their knowledge and hospitality was great!
Now to the food… I ordered the 44 Farms 14oz Ribeye (Medium Rare) with the Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Brussel Sprouts. The presentation was wonderful. The steak came out perfect. Each bite was like butter. (My mouth is watering just thinking about the steak!!!) The brussel sprouts were delectable. And the mashed potatoes was an excellent addition to the meal.
Highly Recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars!

I went here to celebrate Thanksgiving with a friend, the food was really good, I found the stuffing to be a little salty; Other than that it was a great experience. Great friendly staff, big cudos to Mrs Donna for being so kind and caring. The sensory in the hotel was also great for content.

CHRIS AND ROSIE WERE AMAZING. im actually glad we came in because we live here in DFW and I cannot wait to come back and see them. Attitude and customer service was phenomenal. I cant believe we had so much fun at a local, upscale, hotel bar! They showed us a great time. The food was great and i didnt know it was “farm to fire.” It shows in the quality. They had the drinks flowing, tvs on and ambiance was a TEN. If you live in DFW, I extremely suggest this place for a date night. Very sleek and sexy but also very fun. Great spot for professionals as well

11/10 This place is truly one of a kind. We went there last night, and it was the best experiences we’ve ever had, from the service to the food. We received wonderful service from Carlos and he was absolutely delightful and his charm made our night!
The food made us awestruck. As someone who loves fine dining, Asador has the best quality and freshest food by far. The freshness with crisp textures were sensory heaven and flavors were immaculate. We give major credit to the Chef for stricly using top tier ingredients (you can seriously tell) and arranging such an amazing menu. Literally everything in the photos were a 10/10 across the board. This place deserves a michelin star and I’m positive they can get one.
I ate so much and had no bloating whatsoever, as a nutrtional and gut health researcher I know it’s because of the high quality food they use. We sincerely thank everyone for such an wonderful experience.

The service here is wonderful and very friendly. And especially appreciated the bartender and room service. However, the food is consistently just a tad too salty for me. I ordered the Caesar, the pozole and both were oversalted. The chocolate cake for room service was delicious, however, I wouldn’t come back but for hotel food, it’s better than most.

Exceptional staff that treat you like you’re the most important person in the room. The restaurant is beautiful with see in kitchen and everyone always looks happy cooking. Carlos sees us walking in, and he’s immediately getting us seated and checking with us on how our day is going. We’ve had several items on the menu, and nothing we’ve had hasn’t been phenomenal. Wings and tacos are perfect for a light meal, and be sure to ask for rum punch, which Rosie at the bar got me started on. Breakfast is amazing and leaves you plenty full. Management knows us since we’ve been here so often, and they take the time to check in with us. You won’t be disappointed and they are open all day which is wonderful. A must try location.

Went here on Valentine’s day and was a bit worried as it was located within a hotel, but decided to take the chance as many other places were booked and this place looked worth giving a chance. I worried for naught, I enjoyed everything! The ambience, service, and food were all great. The server was very patient and was happy to talk about the questions we had about the menu. We ordered a lot of his recommendations (unfortunately I can’t remember his name), and I’m glad we did because everything was great. The brussel sprouts were crisped and seasoned just right, pork belly and steak were cooked to the perfect level of chewiness, and the desserts were sweet and interesting, in a good way. We will be coming back again soon.
