The steak was hot enough when it arrived in front of me the carryover temperature drug this well into ( medium well) I asked for medium. The steak was definitely overcooked and surprisingly it was underseasoned I had to add salt to the fries too. The Coca-Cola here seems like there’s not enough syrup in the drink. Services were ok, salad was the best part. Overall 5/10.

This was a fairly typical Texas Roadhouse, and I happened to be in the Stroudsburg PA area, so figured I would pay them a visit.
I went for the Prime Rib as they had it available, I must admit I am quite the fan of a good prime rib. I ordered it medium rare, and it came as I asked so no complaints. I feel like it wasn’t as tender as it should be, but possibly my luck of the draw on my slice. As mentioned it was cooked right, so that wasn’t the reason outside of the general cut of meat. I also had their chili, it was good as usual, along with a loaded sweet potato that I enjoyed.
Outside that, the rolls as always with the cinnamon butter were delicious.
On the unusual side, we had a an appreciation coupon that had to be opened by the manager, I guess for show. I had to ask at least a half dozen times to get the manager, and when we did were were about to leave so it was now or never as they say. It got a discount coupon for sides, but hey every penny helps.
I don’t want the coupon thing to take away from the meal, as it was fine, but figured it was worth mentioning..

I didn’t have the best time during my visit. My steak was first overcooked, and then the replacement came out undercooked, which was disappointing. On top of that, someone kept staring at me, which made the experience uncomfortable.
However, our waiter did an excellent job. They were attentive, kind, and handled the situation the best they could. Even though the overall visit wasn’t ideal, the service from our waiter was the highlight. His name was Peyton

Besides a super long wait, a 25 minute wait turned into an hour and 15 minutes, then had to wait an hour for food. They had no more silverware so used plasticware for my steak. Then they over charged me and I had to wait even longer to get that fixed.

A Catcus bloom to start, along with a Sam Adam’s Cold snap draft. The filet was perfect, nice and pink center. Waitress was great, very attentive. Top quality food at below average price. It’s very hard to Top Texas Roadhouse for a meal out.

Considering it was Valentine’s Day and busy. I actually had a great time. Me and the wife ended up sitting at the bar, but it was great. Bartenders were awesome and fun. Food was great. Picked out a 28 oz ribeye! Was cooked perfectly. The rolls and that whipped butter were amazing.

I think I will always just love Texas RH! ☺️ Was in for the first time in a LONG time and it was awesome! We happened to be in on a night when the fryers were down so that kinda stinked. But ultimately other then not being able to get the app I wanted it all worked out great! I got steak and shrimp, both were cooked to perfection and awesome! My bf had a burger and I forget which side. No fries :/. We had a really sweet gentleman serve us, it was his first night serving alone. All in all we had a great time and will definitely be back!

Bake potatoes were not done or hot.
My salmon was over seasoned an cook to hard. The rib eye was over cooked and had no flavor. Toss salad was good but the ceaser salad did not have enough dressing an it was tasteless. The onion blossom did not have the crunch it was mostly onion with little coating.
Our server Noah was very good. We wont be back any more.
