This was our first visit to this establishment- Kye greeted us right away. It was a very busy day. Lots of to gos! He still took the time to help us decide what was the best option for us. The BBQ sandwich and cajun corn was delicious and we will be back. Oh and The Brownies are Amazing

Two things that drive me nuts people smoking at an entrance so I have to smell their nasty smoke coming and going any other is disgusting facilities the restroom here less than desirable pee on the floor somebody didn’t flush the toilet and that tells me that they probably not taking care of the kitchen as well either I’m pretty sure this was a manager that was smoking outside talking to a worker both of my parents died due to cigarette smoking I am one of the most hateful people when it comes to people smoking and sharing their second hand smoke so maybe that makes me a little extra negatively biased but there are laws against where people are supposed to smoke as workers of restaurants. The other thing is the price is so high on these places it’s unbelievable.

When I walked into the store to pick up my order no one said hi or even acknowledged that I was standing there. I understand that it gets busy and stressful but I feel like someone could have at least said I’ll be with you soon. When I got my order home we were missing our corn and we received wings with no sauce on them. I have been to this location multiple times and on more than one occasion I was ignored when I walked up to the counter. It feels like basic customer service is forgotten about. We emailed the store about our missing items and have yet to hear anything from them.

I tried Wingstop in Greenwich, CT and the wings were really good. So I thought I would try the ones from Wingstop in Stow! The wings were so salty I could hardly eat them plus they forgot to include the fries in my order. How har is is to include everything in a meal for two! Wings and fries were the only thing included in the meal!!! I only got over salty boneless wings. When I called about the fries the general manager, Abby, seemed to have a hard time understanding why I wouldn’t just come back and pick up the fries they forgot to include! The only thing she offered was a refund of the fries! Let’s see if I get that.

The Korean sauce was good but that’s about it for my last experience. Half of my mild wings had little to no sauce and were borderline raw. There was a 45 minute wait for our take out order. Recommend getting them “extra crispy” so they might get cooked. Also was missing two side orders of fries. Staff were at least friendly and gave a refund for missing fries.

Barely any sauce on the wings and even less toppings on the voodoo fries. I’ve order from multiple different locations and every other locations are very generous with the sauce and toppings, this is pathetic. Can’t taste the flavor if there isn’t any flavor on the food. Huge waste $30

Tried this location a couple of times and haven’t been impressed. This time they forgot 2 orders of fries and the wings were strange and rubbery, with barely any sauce. Tenders were good, the spicy korean sauce was delish, and I’ll say it: the ranch is just okay. If you want delicious wings with ranch so good you could drink it, skip this place and go to Wing Warehouse down the road.
