Look, it’s Jersey Mikes. So it’s good. But operationally this location has some issues to work through.
It’s new so I’m so they’ll figure it out. But multiple times in 1 week I’ve been amongst several customers waiting unusual large time to get our food. I’ve seen them hand out wrong sandwiches to customers. And. When customers have politely addressed the issue there was not a sufficient apology, or effort to make an amends. Just another 20 minute wait for the customer to get their sandwich.
Customer service was very average. Staff seemed very indifferent about their jobs, and usually jersey mikes has a friendly staff.
I expect and hope this location will work thru those issues.

Stopped in for lunch and the girl loaded my BLT. It was delicious!! It was super clean inside and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. I was having a hard time reading the board because I’m old and my readers weren’t helping…the girl taking orders helped me out

Love Jersey mikes but this location served my PREGNANT wife straight raw chicken. This was the entire reason we got the hot sandwich- to avoid undercooked/bacteria.
Deeply concerned about how poor the training must be if they’re willing to serve raw chicken and be so lackadaisical about it.

This place is AMAZING. The staff were super friendly and helpful in making my decision. The speed and efficiency were on point and impeccable. The employee that helped me was named James and I don’t know if Mike himself personally trained him but that was the most skillful and delicate way Mike has ever seen. This place is seriously the best 10/10 definitely trying again!!!

We had Emilya taking our order and she was so kind and so chatty! Kolby helped prepare and it felt very efficient and to-the-point. It felt very professional! Brynn helped check us out and she was also very talkative! I had a blast talking to her and she was very friendly and attentive! Leo and Ben, even though we didn’t get the chance to meet them, were also talked about highly and i am certain they were working just as well as the staff we were able to speak to. Overall 10/10 service and the sandwiches were delicious!

Jersey Mike’s is the best sub place by FAR and this location stood out amongst the rest. The whole crew was very friendly and had great customer service. I felt as their guest and not just another customer. Emilya was engaging with customers and provided speedy service. I will definitely come back!

I’ve been pretty happy with Jersey Mike’s, especially at this location. Hasn’t ever been super busy when I’ve come and I’ve always got my food reasonably fast. Employees are usually friendly. Ashton was who helped me today and he killed it. What more can you say. It beats the heck out of Subway. Just hope they don’t get super busy like some of the other locations.
