Im a truck driver I got my food to go. Their were two ladies working their at about 2 am. They were very professional clean and courteous and made the food fresh even put my food in the warmer since the fries were not ready and made to order fresh. Best Wendy’s I have ever been too. I dont usually leave reviews service was so good so here I am.

Worst ran Wendy’s ever, no exaggeration. Food is hit or miss when you can get it but I stress the WHEN part. This location always has a problem from being out of major items like cups/soda/fries and yes even meat on occasion. Last week the fryers were down so you obviously couldn’t get half of the menu and today they claim to have no electricity so they are closed. Funny the gas station attached to the building has power so is the restaurant not paying the electric bill or did they use cheap labor on the recent remodel??? The location was bad before the “remodel” but ever since they completed it you can count on something being wrong if you are lucky enough to get food.
Here is a challenge for the Wendy’s corporate office, secret shop your locations 3 times per day a few times a week for a month and close the stores with service that is even half as bad as this location. Shouldn’t be too hard to do and worth it especially if you list quality as a goal.
Serious question that will go unanswered, how can you let a restaurant run out of common goods on a regular basis? How can you always have issues with equipment, especially after a remodel that should have included upgrades. Whoever does the ordering and hiring at this location needs to have a review of the performance they have given. Sub par at best.
My honest opinion is the whole staff needs to be retrained (everyone), or shutter the location. As a consumer who is charged outrageous prices for shrinking food the least these companies could do is ensure proper service. (That last part is fast food as a whole, the rest is about the Wendy’s off of the highway on st rt 350.

Don’t ask for anything to dip your fries in they charge extra. And they don’t start serving breakfast till about an hour after they open. This place just lost my business. Only reason for one star is i can’t choose lower. Rude and unprofessional people running the show.

This place is a wreck. No management of the employees. I waited forever for my biggie meal even though there was plenty of employees and
only a few customers. The biggest issue is everyone standing around like they didn’t know what to do. The “manager” and the cashier looking at me standing there waiting, but not addressing me at all. Instead, once my food was finally provided, I had to ask for the BBQ sauce AND my drink cup. HORRIBLE customer service.
Apparently they are out of fries as well. These are the ones they serve for breakfast. Definitely NOT what I ordered.
Obvious management failure all around. Out of Dr. Pepper as well.

This place just plain sucks,employees too busy goofing off and not doing what they are supposed to be doing, they are loud when horseplaying with coworkers, but, whisper your number when your order is ready and risk someone taking your food and the wait time is ridiculous, they operate in the speed of turtles and snails….ssssllllooooowww.

Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes, was told to pull forward cause they were still waiting on the tenders, 5 minutes later came out and handed us a bag of chicken nuggets and missing our frosty and sauce. Took him 3 trips to get our stuff until we just gave up and left…

Placed order on the app. Went to pick it up. They have a sign that says closing at 7pm. Then the team was rude to me and said “you probably went to the wrong location” I did not. Proved it to them.
Then I can’t even get a refund from the app.

This is the worst Wendys ever. They close the grill two hours before close, stop making certain food, shut down the frosty machine early every night. Constantly get orders wrong. I honestly don’t know how they’re allowed to continue to operate on the Wendy’s name with the damage they do to the brand name every single day. Insane.

The employees at this Wendy’s were great. We stopped by just before 9pm on a Friday. Princess at the drive thru window was friendly and thorough. We asked for hot water with our food and she gave us big cups of hot water. Yay!!! We had a long drive ahead, so it was much appreciated, as we were going to make tea. The baked potatoes were great, too! Thank you!!
