Do not get delivery from here and if you order takeout make sure to check your order because this is the worst Jimmy John’s in the valley. I’m convinced they purposely leave out items and make orders wrong because it happens so often. Only good part was the cookie and it was pre packaged

Got my big John sandwich, one single lonely slice of roast beef… What a sad little excuse for a sandwich. I tried to call and sort it out but they just hung up on me.

I love Jimmy John’s but this location is the slowest I’ve ever been to. We ordered online and arrived 10 minutes later and still waited 12 minutes in store. The staff was moving incredibly slow and didn’t bother to update us on our order or anything. Also missed a sandwich and one had an entire wad of hair in it. Not okay at all.

Ordered at 5:55 and found out at 6:40 that they got an Uber for my food. I called to tell them I could pick it up, but the driver already took off, with multiple stops before me. Food wasn’t expected to be delivered til 7:15. I canceled my order and drove to Carl’s jr, for the win. Jimmy jihns freaky slow delivery

I ordered a hunter’s sandwich with extra lettuce and mayonnaise and they didn’t add any mayo and also forgot the extra lettuce. They also took 8 minutes to make the sandwich and I was the only person in line.

Sandwich quality has improved. Was getting the wrong toppings over and over so I stopped ordering for a while. Not sure why light or regular cheese is the same price?
Update: Ordered same sandwich from same location. Asked for no tomatoes and EZ Lettuce. Still added it to my sandwich. Delivery details were to ring the doorbell (Ring doorbell from Amazon, everyone knows what it looks like). Doorbell never rang, sandwich was just sitting on table in the lobby. Asked for napkins and got only 1.
Update 2: Waited a few months this time and the sandwiches are back to being the JJ standard we all love! Whomever is making the sandwiches today, KEEP THEM!
