This location gets my order wrong more often than it gets it right. I ordered my pizza without seasoning on the crust and once again they put it on there.
When I called the store the GM made excuses for his employees.
How can a location be so consistently wrong and stay in business?!

Called in my order instead of using on line and they still screwed up my order and had a 45 minute delivery window. When I called to state the issues make claiming to be manger said they were doing the best they could. Verifying orders would be a great way to improve but that wasn’t something he needed to hear. If you order expect issues, missing items or wrong pizza in general.

The employee over the phone only had excuses with no customer service skills or professional training for the fast food industry. Before any customer can speak, states an improper excuse, when that is their problem, not the customers. If they were to explain and listen, of course the customer will be more than willing to understand. The employee over the phone then raised their tone and hung up for I assume the employee could not handle their emotions properly. The delivery driver today is the light through the chaos. She apologized for the missing item and offered a credit since I paid for an item that I did not receive. This place is usually good, great food. Certain people are not meant to deal with customers.

Domino’s in Sauk Rapids is an absolute disaster, and the blame falls squarely on the manager. For 15 years I’ve given this location chance after chance, and they have failed every single time. Almost every pizza I’ve ordered from here has been burnt beyond recognition, and when I’ve spoken up about it, the staff and manager have been nothing but rude and dismissive. That kind of behavior shows they don’t care one bit about their customers or the Domino’s brand.
The manager at this location is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered in the food industry. Instead of fixing problems or showing professionalism, they treat customers with an attitude like it’s somehow our fault for expecting edible food. A burned pizza once in a while might be a mistake—but burned pizzas for 15 years straight is a sign of complete incompetence and negligence.
This store is a joke, and the fact that Domino’s corporate allows it to keep operating this way is unbelievable. Sauk Rapids Domino’s is driving customers away and destroying the reputation of the brand. I am officially done with this location, and I strongly warn others not to waste their time or money here. If you want good pizza and respectful service, go literally anywhere else. Until Domino’s removes this manager and replaces them with someone who knows how to run a store, this place will continue to be a disgrace.

Do not go to Sauk Rapids Dominoes they messed my whole order up than when I called she gave me a $25 credit than I went to use it and the manager told me there was no credit listed and would not honor it he says well it’s not on here as I proceeded to explain to him how that’s not my fault they did not do there job correctly he still said well not my problem!!!

Placed an order for pickup order 3 different pizza’s wanted to try the deep dish for the 1st time but never got it. I got 2 of the exact same pizza’s with chicken instead of the deep dish Philly i ordered. How is that even close. and got one regular all meat they got right.

I order here all the time and every time it’s something I never get my points but tonight August 31 2025 I call in explain I couldn’t make my order online that I would need to do it call in she was very irritated saying it’s cause I had a large order and it being a large order it will kick me out the system and then she proceeded to say and if you have a large order being that it is a busy time and a holiday weekend anything over eight pieces will totally shut down my oven and I’m counting what I got. I have exactly 8 things that I need from this woman and so I ask her well. Can we place the order and she said rudely yes but you’re gonna have to hold on like I said it’s a holiday and put me on hold after 15 minutes. I hung up and I called St. Cloud Domino’s where they took my order in less than three minutes and said it will be ready in 15. I will never go back to Domino’s in Sauk rapids again

Very clean store. The employees were fantastic. I came in with my son going to the nail salon next door but he smelled the pizza and wanted to get some! The pizza tasted way better than expected and the employees were so kind to my son. They gave him things to color and even a freebie dessert. They seem to really have their organization down and I appreciate the friendliest of all 3 of the people on shift! Thank you

Delivered by old guy…
Please bring back the tents to protect the pizza. This shouldn’t be acceptable. (See picture). He had another order stacked on top of mine in the backseat of his luxary vehicle.
Should also note it took 75 minutes for delivery.
Upon delivery, I was asked if i wanted to give another tip, aside from what I already tipped when placing my order.

Previous 3 orders have been subpar. This is the 3rd time in a row that I’ve received an email stating “that order didn’t go as expected”, and was given a free 60pts for my next order.

Quality/customer service has been gradually going down hill.

I think I’ll just let all my pts expire and order from a different pizza joint.
