I asked for a grilled chicken and bacon canzone with barbecue sauce under it. For $17.00 i expected what i ordered. In New Bedford i fet the same thing was cheaoer cooked properly. This is going in the trash. I have dental issues. Thats why I needed it light on top. Not burnt. I was given a burnt calzone with the sauce on the side. This isn’t what I asked for. I was told oh well can’t ge lighter it be raw. Thats a lie. I go to several places and get it cooked the right way. Absolutely love this place!! We are surrounded by pizza places. I’ve tried almost every one, and this is always my favorite place! And their new desserts and insane! I cannot say enough about how perfect their pizzas are. Never greasy. Always hot. Fresh ingredients, no canned crap. Consistent. You name it. Oh, and again, the desserts lol. Everything I have ordered is perfection. Love the food and service with a smile. The only thing I have an issue with is the app. I changed my phone number and it won’t allow me to update it. It’s a gray field with no option to change it so I will need to delete my account and loose points and have to create a new account. Other than that I have no complaints and I’m happy with them

I was skeptical to order delivery cuz I hadn’t tried them before and it’s always either terrible or good with Pizza places. And I wasn’t in the mood for spending $ on yuck. BUT WOW! As good as a sit down fancy restaurant. And I accidentally order 1 thing wrong but it was also fabulous. Food was hot, clean crisp salad, chicken salad on point, and the Buffalo wings were hot n spicy, but real spice not the too much salt kind so many have. I’ve never done this but I called and complimented the manager/owner!! Can’t wait to try more on the menu.

I recieved my salad with a dead fly in it. I called to let the staff know there was a fly in the chicken casear salad that I ordered. I was rudely told they don’t have flies. Will not be ordering from them again. Too bad because I really enjoyed them for awhile. Awful quality and $11 wasted with no customer service what’s so ever.

I didn’t talk over anyone. I said I didn’t want anything for free but you should change out your lettuce. Yes I bought two dinners. I ordered last night. Sorry that is not from a grill with wings and a head . I was more than nice and the staff was speaking over me. This isn’t how you keep business. That isn’t marinade. Closeup picture for clarity.

Just moved to the area 2 weeks ago. Kids wanted pizza etc. Got myself the cheesesteak. It came absolutely dry! No cheese, no onions or peppers as described. Other than that, my kids food was correct & they enjoyed.
