Ordered pizza with banana peppers and received jalapeño peppers. Hung up on 4 times when trying to call the store but when finally reached an employee he said it will be 2 hours to redeliver or send a gift certificate in mail. This is crazy why do we have to wait 2 hours after we already waited? This redelivery should be priority as it is your mess up not mine.

I had ordered my food 20 minutes before arriving and when I showed up it wasn’t ready
That is understandable , but what still has me perplexed is the fact both of the itmes I ordered were not even fully cooked.
The top is but the middle of both isn’t even a bit warm you can still see the provolone that still hasnt melted!!

I am always greeted with a smile and hello at this location. Today we ordered a stuffed crust parmesan garlic pizza with extra cheese add extra tomato sauce. The stuffed crust pizza only comes in one size. We also ordered the parmesan garlic bites. The whole order was fresh hot and tasty. We will definitely be repeat customers at this location.

I never do delivery, but I had out of town guest so we ordered for delivery. The pizza arrives and I take the order to check it. Then the driver says… “You didn’t include a tip, how do you want to take care of that?” I was taken back because I tip in cash. I explained to the driver I tip cash, then handed him some cash (a lot less than I was planning to give him because of his nasty attitude). Driver’s attitude was horrible and the food was subpar. First and last time ordering from this location.

Horrible customer service tonight. They messed up my order when they first delivered my food. I called, they said they would send josh out. right out. 2 hours later I find my food sitting outside cold. He never knocked.

Last three times I have ordered (different days and times), I got a cancellation notice. When we did it on Door Dash, the same thing happened. It may be a good investment to work on shutting down the store for deliveries if they are understaffed etc. Very disappointing when the actual website allows you to order even though they are ready to cancel.
