We ordered takeout online and picked it up in person. When we arrived, it took a while to find the right server to bring out our order, which was a bit frustrating. We ate in the car right away after receiving our food to make sure everything was fresh.
The ham croquettes were very good. The spinach was okay, and the empanadas and tequeños were also decent.
Unfortunately, the Pan con Lechón was a big disappointment. It had no flavor and tasted bland. The bread was cold and a little hard, and the pork lacked seasoning. It seemed like plain stir-fried pork with a little mojo sauce added, but it didn’t come together well.
Overall, some items were good, but others definitely need improvement, especially the Pan con Lechón.

Sergio’s Restaurant never disappoints! The food was delicious and the atmosphere very pleasant. Our server, Juan Pablo, was EXCELLENT! He made sure everything we ordered was exactly to our liking. He went all out when preparing our dessert. His artistic abilities turned a simple dessert into a work of art! I will definitely be back.

I ordered two dinner dishes at Sergio’s—one was the breaded chicken, and the other was the ropa vieja. Both arrived, but the breaded chicken was a normal dinner portion, while the ropa vieja came in a small side container. It felt mismatched for a full dinner. I noticed the portion difference when I got home, so I went back to the restaurant to talk about it. They said they couldn’t do anything, so I ended up having to order and pay for another dish right then. Not the resolution I expected from a restaurant I used to love going to—unfortunately, they’ve now lost a customer.

What a lovely Cuban restaurant! Great Cuban Cobb salad and Flan for dessert! The Coffalita coffee was great too! My waitress was exceptional!!! Her name is Rocio! I loved it so much I went back for more of the dessert and coffee that had evaporated milk in it! And I brought friends! Such a great place!!!!

They brought foul water to my kid and he drank it because the cup was a plastic white one (the ones I believe they use for large to-go-coffee).
We only realized it because by the end of the meal, I poured the water into my own cup and was disgusted by what we found: little pieces of food inside and turbid, greasy water. This was NOT my son’s spitting or anything like that because he was on my lap the entire time and never once did he spit anything inside or did anything with the water. Also, the cup itself was dirty inside with yellow markings of grease-like stuff attached to the inside of the cup.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and a danger to his health!
When I showed that to the manager he said “sometimes water may belike that because of the chlorine”. What?!? In what world???!! Then he said he was sorry and that was it.

I am definitely NEVER GOING BACK to this location and may this serve to everyone as a reminder to never trust drinks brought on a non-transparent cup for your kids! Always pour it over or taste it yourselves first!

Everything from the food to the service exceeded our expectations. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and of excellent quality. The service was outstanding and attentive, it truly enhanced our experience. One of the highlights was the waitress robot, which brought back memories of my time in Japan. It added a fun and unique touch to the meal. Overall, a fantastic dining experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

The to go side is fast and efficient. The ladies are super nice. Decent food and drinks. People hanging out outside the door and smoking makes it unpleasant because it smells strongly of cigarette smoke outside and inside because of the big open window for ordering. My cafe con leche was a little more leche than cafe, but I think it’s something I can make note of for next time. Also, the to go cup was super hot to the touch and I had to walk it back across the plaza. It was very uncomfortable to hold. Pastelito was delish. Will definitely be back to try again because of the friendly service.
