Keki’s Cafe in Fremont, Ohio has a small, cute space that’s used wisely, and the atmosphere feels comfortable rather than cramped. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing.
We ordered the Vegetarian Burrito ($8.99) and the Enfrijoladas ($9.99). The burrito came out in under five minutes, with the second dish following shortly after—quick service without feeling rushed. Both plates arrived exactly as described on the menu.
I had never seen Enfrijoladas on a menu before, so I had to try them. They’re described as “3 fried corn tortillas filled with queso fresco, topped with refried beans, sour cream, and cilantro.” They were good, but probably a one-time order for me. I did find myself wishing there were some vegetables included, though I ordered it fully aware that it didn’t come with any. Still, the flavors were solid and well-executed.
Overall, Keki’s Cafe is a great spot with quality food and excellent service. I’d definitely come back to try more items on the menu.

This was our first visit and will be back ! From the beans to the main dish everything was GREAT! Kids & adults both get a well deserved portion of food, you are not walking away hungry! The staff worked well with each other and the customers just what I love to see. This corner restaurant was a very welcoming and clean atmosphere. Great menu as well , was not overwhelming with too many plates to choose from . Thank you for your great food & service today!!

Kekis is an absolute must-try! The space feels cozy and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly and inviting. I love that everything is made fresh, which makes it easy to customize your order. I tried an iced coffee and was delighted by the thoughtful touch of a Pirouette cookie on top—such a small detail, but it really sets them apart from other spots. Highly recommend!

This adorable diner was SO good! I had the breakfast bowl with chorizo and avocado (hot salsa on the side) it was superb! So fresh and delicious. Staff is very helpful and friendly, this place was hopping with carryout orders, but we dined in.. will for sure drive the 45 minutes to come back! Thanks for the great experience!

Oh my how amazing is this place! From the moment you walk in, the smiling faces and w welcoming staff. Our server explained all the dishes on the Mexican breakfast menu and helped us pick the best dishes for our tastes. The additional spicy salsa on the side was just perfect. The French toast with cream and fruits for our son was a hit. Nothing like the overly sweet and heavy taste we had elsewhere. They had a light caramel creamy sauce which was just sweet enough to satisfy our tastes.
This is by far the best breakfast we ve had in a very long time. Everything so fresh. Wish we lived in Ohio I would go there atleast once again. We are still tempted to just make the 1.5 hr drive to experience all that yummy goodness once again.

We love to try small, local breakfast spots and I definitely enjoyed this one! Staff are very friendly, portions were more than either of us could finish, and everything was fresh and delicious. Can’t wait to return and try the lunch menu!

Sit at the bar and watch it all happen. The food was *chefs kiss* for breakfast. Its hard to really impress me with breakfast but top notch find in fremont, ohio. Very friendly, attentive staff. Our meals came out very quickly, we got cazuela de Huevos skillet, and chilaquiles. Support this local small business – well worth it

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review sooner. This is our favorite restaurant in Fremont and we try to eat here every other week at least. At this point i’ve tried everything on and off the menu and have been more than happy with everything. The servers all treat us like family and even go out of their way to support my families business in the summer time. If I won the lottery today I would pay any amount of money to pick this restaurant up and take them with me. 5 Stars is not enough
