Our overall experience at Texas Roadhouse was good in terms of food quality. The steaks were fresh and flavorful, and the bread with cinnamon butter was excellent as always. The restaurant atmosphere was lively and family-friendly.
However, I was very disappointed with one part of the service. One of the waiters used an inappropriate word toward my son while telling him to move faster. This was completely unnecessary and unprofessional, especially when speaking to a child. It was upsetting and not acceptable behavior.
I hope management addresses this issue and ensures staff treat all guests, especially families and children, with respect. We enjoy Texas Roadhouse, but this experience was concerning.

We had a great time here and would definitely come back. However, the silverware was really disappointing—cheap, rough-edged, and uncomfortable to use—so I did mention it to the manager. I even joked that maybe it was because they didn’t want anyone stealing it, and the manager said nobody does. Honestly, that’s exactly the point: it’s so poor that even a thief wouldn’t want it.
Next time, I may bring my own fork. Silverware should never be the reason customers don’t return. And if I feel this way, others probably do too. My motto is: “You’re never the only one.”

We celebrated my grandmother’s 95th birthday here, and I truly can’t tell you how much we enjoyed it. The service was excellent from start to finish, and management personally welcomed us, which made the night feel even more special. The food was 10/10 — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. I highly recommend this place whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just going out for a casual night. They are truly the best!

My son and I went to Texas Roadhouse yesterday evening, it was our first time ever. Our server was Tom and he was by far the best server we have ever had! He was so attentive, welcoming, energetic and made us feel like we knew him for ever! My 10 year old son absolutely adored him and he is a restaurant connoisseur since his father is a chef. The food was outstanding and the steaks were perfectly cooked! The bread and butter were out of this world and even the peanuts were delicious lol! One of the managers, I believe his name was Ted (sorry if I got your name wrong) came and welcomed us, checked to make sure that everything was good and even gave us a Thank You card with a coupon for an appetizer on our next visit since it was our first time! Overall, it was an awesome experience, my son said that it was our new mommy/son dinner date spot and we will definitely be requesting Tom as our server!

If you haven’t been there, it’s an experience. Good food, sometimes you’ll see a person in an armadillo suit walking around. The food is good, I took the advice of a friend who suggested the steaks are actually very good there and to my surprise he was right. Don’t expect wolfgangs or Peter luger, but still it is prepared well. The rice is a great side and everyone loves the rolls they bring to the table.

I was there yesterday for my daughter’s 10th birthday. It’s her favorite restaurant. We had the server Tom and not only was he over the top outstanding with us but every single table he served. His energy and personality absolutely incredible. I couldn’t stop watching him. It was amazing seeing someone take such passion in their job. We will definitely be back and we will definitely be asking for Tom!
