The al pastor burrito was flavorful and tender with a good portion of meat. Pockets of cheese was a nice complement. Why get a slop quarter-pounder when you can get something that hits the heart for the same price. Plus you get chips and salsa. Churro was on the crunchy side today which I’m not the biggest fan of, but it’s still pretty decent. Service was kind. The decor and not too loud Mexican folk music playing felt warm. Been going here for a while, just a nice casual local spot.

Recently visited Mi Restaurante, and it was fantastic! We tried Nachos Mexicanos, steak fajitas, and a steak burrito dinner. Everything was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. The place is well-kept, and the staff is friendly. A must-try for tasty Mexican cuisine!

The food was really good and there was lots of it too; pricing was good too. I was pleasantly surprised by the spice level. Most places have dishes that say they are spicy but this place had a decent kick. It wasn’t too busy so we were able to have a good conversation. The staff were also attentive; we were checked on every once in a while. Even after finishing dinner, we didn’t feel rushed to leave. Overall a good experience.

It’s sad I have to write this review as it use to be a great place for Mexican food. I recently was there twice this week and was extremely disappointed how this place has changed over the years. I ordered three tacos the first time this week and they were extremely small, little meat and toppings for $4+ a piece. I thought maybe it was just a one off experience so I ordered again a few days later and they were the same small tacos, very little meat and toppings. This place has gone down hill bad. They are essentially charging customers double for what they are actually getting. It’s no wonder why the restaurant is empty on a Friday at lunch time. They then seem to always “forget” to give you limes and salsa. Go somewhere else, because I regret being ripped off twice in one week by them.

Great Al Pastor tacos and Steak Burritos! My kids and I love this place, it’s hot and fresh, and a great value. Servers are friendly and the cook knows what he’s doing, best part is the excellent spicy salsa made fresh daily- I could drink it!
Just visited again- perfect hot and flavorful tacos, delicious spicy homemade salsa, great patio for eating and watching the sunset, very friendly service, 10 out of 10!
So now, fast forward to a few years later… 20 on a ten scale for sure! We’ve been eating here often and the food has been awesome and even getting better, but tonight my daughter said she really felt like a steak burrito, no tomatoes. It was probably the best food we’ve had from here, and made her dance because it was so delicious. Couldn’t take a picture because she ate it so fast. The salsas they offer are divine, go here now and be happy 🙂

Miguel is an excellent man and an outstanding caterer. We’ve been using his catering services for a while now, and he has never let us down. Always on time, always professional. The tacos are consistently delicious, and the quality of meat he uses is top-notch. Everyone in my family and all our friends love his food. I ordered a caldo de Cameron aka shrimp soup. And never in my life have a seen one that had rice inside on the bottom. It didn’t describe having on the menu. It just takes away all the shrimp flavor. Doesn’t even taste like sea food soup or shrimp soup. Nor have I seen one with corn inside. It’s usually just carrots, potatoes and celery. Idk where they got this idea. But it’s a big fail. I don’t recommend it to any sea food fan. The rice gives it some weird flavor. Idk if that’s how they make it or they cheap me out. Either way don’t order this.

Best value and great service! The fish tacos are the best around. The Carne Asada is delicious and well prepared and the steak tacos are all everyone says they are. The chips are home made too! The salsa is spicy but not over bearing. The folks are friendly and make you feel right home. They also have a nice outdoor seating area, with shade trees to keep you cool on a hot summer night. Highly recommended for authentic Mexican cuisine!

Love the Margarita and the food! Homemade with fresh ingredients and prepared when you order. Chips are fresh and flash fried when you sit down. Best tacos I’ve had and reasonably priced for the quality of food.
