Truly phenomenal service from the waiter, Jatinder, and the new owner, Robin! They were so attentive, kindly checked on us frequently, and kept our water topped up. The pakora, onion bhaji, and samosa appetizer sampler was really delicious and I haven’t had such wonderfully and delicately spiced samosas like these that weren’t greasy at all. My family thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes. The potions were large and very reasonably priced. The location is a bit tucked away on the corner of Harbor/Adams as they don’t have a sign on the large marquee, but it’s a gem worth finding!

I, just want to say that this restaurant that I went to today
with my father was outstanding and amazing. It, was just a wonderful delight and treat. Going, to some other restaurants today would not have done me any satisfaction but this was a good upliftment to my spirits!
Thank you so much, Raina Kader

Green Chilis was recommended as a place to try for my birthday lunch. I’m usually a ‘Mexican food for my birthday’ guy, but I was up for something new. I’m glad I took the suggestion.
The space is lovely, with good energy and a mix of clean and spices. I had the chance to meet the owner, who told me that he would be making some changes. I’m excited to come back and see what he does.
As an appetizer, I ordered Samosa, crisp pastries filled with potatoes and peas served with fresh mint and Tamarind sauce. The Samosas were crispy, flaky, and stuffed. The Tamarind sauce is gold!
There is a Lunch Menu with some good selections, so I ordered Vindaloo Chicken. It is cooked with hot spices & potatoes, and freshly squeezed lemon. It comes with rice and Kachumber.
I also got an order for Garlic Naan. Leavened flatbread is sprinkled with garlic and cilantro, and lightly spread melted butter on top. It was warm, buttery, and delicious. The piece is big enough that I brought some home.
One of the reasons that I wanted to go to Green Chilis was to try the Chicken Tandoori. Boned chicken legs marinated in yogurt, herbs & spices cooked in the tandoori oven served with sauteed green peppers and onion and topped with fresh cilantro & lemon.
It came on a sizzling hot plate that announced its arrival with a dramatic entrance. The chicken had just the right amount of spice, char, and juices. The bed of grilled onions with lime juice made it just right for a birthday lunch.
For dessert, I got Rice Pudding. Lightly sweetened rice cocked in a saucepan with whole milk & Indian herbs. I was too full, so I brought it home along with one of the chicken legs.
If you are in the area, try it and say hello to Chef Paul. You can taste the love and passion for cooking in every bite. I’ll be back even if it’s not my birthday.

First time here. Lots of vegan options! Owner is very friendly and I will definitely come back. I called to see if they could make the Roti without Butter and they gladly did, it was still so so good. As a vegan the bread can sometimes be plain without butter but this was very good! The Chana Masala had a really tasty flavor and was definitely my favorite. My partner (not vegan) ordered the Paneer Tiki Masala with Garlic Nan and loved it. Thank you for the great food and service! I think we found our new favorite Indian Food spot.

I had an amazing experience at this Indian restaurant! I ordered the chicken curry, chicken tikka masala, and lamb tikka masala with rice and naan, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and authentic, and I will definitely be coming back. The owner was incredibly polite and even offered me a sample of their special fish dish, which was also fantastic. I also learned that the owner plans to change the name to a more traditional name associated with India, which I think is a great idea. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh and delicious food!

Fantastic! This was my second time here. The owner is so nice and so are the waiters. The food is amazing. Garlic Naan is delicious, soft, with a crunchy bottom. Chicken Korma (mild) has so much flavor, the chicken melts in your mouth. The basmati rice is so fluffy and light. The portion sizes are perfect. My Aunt and I shared 1 order of everything except the Naan (got two of those). We only spent $36. If you’re looking for somewhere new to eat, go try this place you’ll be hooked. Will definitely be eating here again. Oh and the Butter Chicken is delicious too (had that my first visit).
