We went there to get ONE sub and it took 20 minutes!!! There was someone waiting there and apparently his sub was ready, but they forgot to give it to him! The guy in front of us took 10 minutes to get 3 small subs, outrageous! The lady there kept cracking jokes to another worker making it take much longer than it needed too!!!! This was an outrageous day ruining EXPIERENCE! Also, it was 20 dollars for our ONE SUB! Do better Jersey Mikes next time I’ll be taking my business to subway

Not for $18.63 no sir. Today for lunch maybe about around 4:30 p.m. and I must say it’s been a while since I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s but since then a lot has changed all the way down to what was my favorite the Giant steak and cheese Famous Philly. My sub used to be loaded with steak man..man no. I’m really hurt about that and it used to be so wide and thick you could barely close it on top of that it was just so dry. They didn’t even ask me if I wanted any lettuce tomato or Mayo on it quick to take my payment and before you know it I was handed my bag of food..Never again, I’m good! I could have taken that $18.63 and bought me a steak and cooked it. Y’all should take the restaurant picture of the sub down because it’s a false advertisement now. The lady didn’t even give me my receipt so she knew I was feeling some type of way smh

Just love this location! They accommodated my needs by helping me and listening to what I could and couldn’t have! Even went above and beyond to just make things beautiful and tasty! Thanks to the cook Ethan and the servers Lilly and Kaysha!!!

Customer service was the most lackluster experience ever. The girl with blondish hair that’s either in braids or twists had to be the most rude and condescending Jersey Mikes employee we’ve ever seen. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or if all of her days are bad day. But on the four times we’ve been serviced by her has had us leaving the store thinking “what did we do wrong?”. We also ordered a giant CHIPOTLE cheese steaks, and got a normal cheese steak. Nothing that’s a big deal, but when we asked for a remake or just to get some free chipotle sauce to put on ourselves, she refused to give it to us. I don’t get her problem but I hope it’s sorted out or she is relocated. Poor customer service.

The best sub shops! I have several favorites, and they have all been great! I’ve been to 3 locations in Greensboro, and although I can tell they have new staff, they seem to have a good training program. Service has been consistently good, and my orders have been correct.

Had a great experience at this location. After, having a horrible experience at the location on Pisgah Church due to sanitation issues, it was great to find the New Garden location. Gloves were changed regularly especially when dealing with food and then the register which is very much appreciated. And the person cooking the chicken made sure it was done safely and thoroughly. Everyone was extremely nice and the food was excellent. Thank you for the great experience.

I called and order in because I was on my way to work. I gave them 10 to 15 minutes like they said, and when arrived 15 minutes later like they said my sandwich was not ready. I was told they gave it to someone else. So I had to sit and wait, that’s why I called it in, and of course they said it won’t take but a minute or two. Then how come normally it takes 5 to 7 minutes to make the sandwich. It was the worst I have ever had from Jersey Mike’s. I will not be back at this location again. I have gone three times and three times I have been disappointed.

Actually cant fathom that i’m writing yet another review. I’ve never left reviews on locations ever. This Jersey Mikes location really is a place to feel uncomfortable. The Blonde African American girl was so extremely disrespectful that my wife brings it up at dinner LOL. She told us to speak up and “if we ever want our food we should maybe grow up a little bit”. Whatever that meant. I will never eat here again and advise for no one else to either. Do what you want but prepare for the women with blonde hair and bug eyes, she’s actually such a bad worker. I also got a soggy mop of a sandwich.
