⭐ 1 Star (and that’s still being generous)

This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had.

From the very beginning, our server, Alejandra T, had a terrible attitude and a facial expression that made it clear she had no desire to be working. No warmth, no professionalism, no basic customer service. We arrived at 3:09 PM, and by 4:30 PM one of our dishes still had not been served. The excuse we were given was that “the dough takes a long time to cook,” which is completely unacceptable after waiting.

Throughout the entire wait, there was not a single attempt by the server or any staff member to calm the situation or even acknowledge the delay. Alejandra stayed hidden in the kitchen while my guests and I became increasingly upset. When she finally came out, I expressed my frustration and asked to speak with the manager. She claimed there was no manager on duty and that she couldn’t call one, which anyone with customer service experience knows is simply not true.

The food was just as disappointing as the service. I ordered a Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, and the chicken was extremely overcooked, dry, and the sauce clearly reheated. In one word: inedible. None of us ate our food. After waiting that long, it’s obvious no one even had an appetite.
As if everything above wasn’t enough, even paying was another form of torture. After asking for the manager and being ignored, she also seemed to completely forget about bringing the check. I waited a long time for her to pick up my card, until I finally had to stand up and go pay myself, as if I were the employee. If payment was supposed to be made at the front, she could have at least had the decency to tell me, instead of leaving me waiting yet again.

To make matters worse, she didn’t even ask if I wanted a receipt. She simply crumpled it up and threw it away, as if she were trying to erase evidence of the entire experience.

The most upsetting part of all is that this was supposed to be a special occasion—my son’s birthday. I brought him here because he loves pizza, and instead, the terrible service and awful food completely ruined the day for my family and me.

This place doesn’t deserve to be in business. Now it makes perfect sense why the restaurant was completely empty. Giving it one star feels far too generous—if there were a -5 star option, that’s exactly what this place would get.

Atmosphere was great as far as the restaurant is concerned. I asked specifically for a sweet tea while I waited which she did not bring me. I had to ask someone for it after waiting 15 mins. The food was not good. I had the baked ziti and fried ravioli. The bread still where gross! Will not be going back there. Spent way too much money and threw the food away.

Ive ordered door dash 4 times from here & personally they have some of the BEST pasta dishes i’ve ever had from a Italian restaurant! The salad is great, always comes with dressing. Maybe they have finally got it “together” because I have had no issues

This restaurant feels like an after thought, you can hear the Mexican restaurant next door. Still struggle to order in English. Far from anything advertised on the menu. I had the salad with giant onions not even chopped up and steak that only comes with potatoes and carrots. The rubber texture and lack of flavor made it worth leaving on the plate. Would not recommend.

The wait staff never offered any refills and several people in our group had issues with their orders including me. My food was tasteless. I ordered a chicken and pasta dish that was delivered without the chicken. The bread served before our meal was cold. We ate here a year ago and had a pleasant experience. It has definitely gone downhill since.

The worst food I’ve ever had. We did takeout and they forgot the dressing for the side salad and there was about a half cup of water in the salad. The chicken in the tour of Italy was inedible, it was rubbery and hard. The lasagna was undercooked. The Alfredo sauce was super thin. The sauce in the pepper pasta was thin and overly oily. The white chocolate raspberry cheesecake is terrible, the raspberry sauce tastes like maybe a drink syrup? I ordered online and when I tried to get help it said to call the store, and when I called they said they couldn’t help because the online order was through a DoorDash company. I did not order through DoorDash, nor could I get help online. The majority of the food was thrown away and I’ll be contacting my bank for a refund. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

In a moment of indecision between fajitas and veal parmigiana I asked Google Maps for Italian or Mexican restaurants near me. Perhaps something there would help me choose. I was pleasantly and curiously surprised to find both cuisines, under two restaurant names, under one roof.

Greeted, just inside the out-of-order revolving door and next to the gum-ball machines, by a non-smiling girl dressed appropriately for lounging on a sofa and watching TV… I was then asked, in a tone that made feel like an interruption, “Italian or Mexican?”

With the complete absence of any enticing or interesting aromas to help me choose, and knowing I will be in Mexico in about two weeks, I chose Italian. She led me to a table in the Italian side of the building where the staff, all in professional black uniforms, were purposefully working. She tossed a menu and wine list on the table and silently returned to her post.

Now I may be mistaken but I do believe that veal parmigiana is supposed to have flavor and be neither crusty nor crunchy. The marinara on the side of spaghetti was too watery to cling to the pasta as sauce is intended. I was longing for fajitas.

The cheerfulness and positive attitude of Elly, and the other servers was the best part of the experience… while what I think was third-party focaccia bread and the coke were pretty good too.

We went to try this place out after attending a show at the Kentucky Expo center and despite it being extremely busy we were sat down quickly. As we waited for our food, we noticed the wait staff and manager, hustling and working together. Even with parties of 40+ walking in from the show, they still managed to get us our food in a timely manner. The calamari was light and crispy. The steak was cooked just as I asked and had good flavor. The chicken Alfredo also had good flavor. We will be coming back

Lasagna tastes great, but my plate was cold and my food was warm at best. It would be ideal to have a hot plate and hot food.

This is an affordable Italian experience for sure. I’ve been a total of three times now. Twice for date nights. The food is of acceptable quality, and what’s better at affordable prices. There’s not much to speak of in terms of atmosphere. Doesn’t feel like an Italian restaurant by any means. If the food is good, it doesn’t matter to me. Come in between 11 and 3 and you’ll get lunch special prices. Nice deals there.
