The past three or four times I have gone through the drive thru for lunch, the Mac and cheese is mushy and cold. I don’t understand why this location is the only one I have this issue with. It’s a waste of $10. Friendly cashiers but the food quality has gone downhill.

I am a huge Panera fan and have been a loyal customer for several years, however, after my experience at this location I don’t think I can eat here anymore. And this is not based on one experience alone. The customer service is horrible. Staff is rude. Inside is dirty. The food is cold and sloppily thrown together. Today I ordered 20 min ahead in the mobile app and still sat in the driveway for over 25 minutes. It’s super disappointing.

The food is too expensive to be so bad. Ordered a breakfast sandwich on a croissant. The croissant was so hard that it took 3 hard bangs on the counter to break it. The other two sandwiches weren’t much better. Staff was friendly.

The food was really good. I had a bowl of chili stew, which is unusual for me. It was great and I will have it again. It was served in a sourdough bread bowl. Great!

I ordered the avocado and egg on toast. The avocado was totally Brown and still had the stem sides of it on my sandwich. I asked for no cheese and it came with cheese so I had to send it back. And it took them over 20 minutes to make an avocado and toast sandwich. It was an awful experience. I love this restaurant. This was the worst Panera ever!

I came today to let the GM know my soup had come out as almost all broth yesterday (my go to when sick) Randy went above and beyond to make it right. Food service is a difficult industry and mistakes happen. It’s all about how you correct them!

Signed up for the sip club and enjoyed our dinner at Panera this evening. Will definitely be back. The service was great. We arrived later than we anticipated and they offered to remake our soup and sandwich for us. We didn’t expect it to be ready so quick. They were cleaning the place constantly and were quick to provide refills on the lemonade. Very friendly and welcoming when we arrived

I rarely post a bad review but my catering order today warrants commentary. I ordered a very large breakfast to be delivered to the Presbyterian Rust Cancer Center at 7:15am. I arrived at 7:15 and when breakfast hadn’t arrived by 7:35 I called the restaurant. I was told by Gabe that an oven was broken but that they were now bagging things up and would be right over. I let him know that clinic started at 8am and after that providers would not be able to come to the break room to get a breakfast. When it still hadn’t arrived at 8:10am, I called the restaurant back and was told that it had arrived and was being unloaded. I left the break room and went to the Cancer Center entrance to see if I could help carry things. There was no one there. The front desk then got a call that someone had dumped a large food order at the information desk of the main hospital. 3 nurses and I walked over and had to carry many bags of food through the corridors. My order had specifically said to deliver to the Ted and Margaret Jorgenson Cancer Center entrance. All the food was cold and the souffles looked like they had been cooked hours ago. Worst of all, I spent over $1,000 to try to tell providers about a brand new drug from my company and I never got to see a single doctor because clinic had started at 8. I will be asking for my money back. Terrible experience.

Usually I love Panera. My family and I eat here often and with their new family feasts it was even better… Keyword: WAS.
The last few times I’ve ordered, things have been left out here or there. Small things, not really a big issue. And I’ve been experiencing rudeness from the window employees. Tonight was different… Not only was the cashier not friendly but one of our sandwiches have barely any meat, the french bread loaf wasn’t a loaf but rather they threw 6 pieces of bread into our bag, no wrapper, nothing. And on too of that the avocado in sandwiches were hard and not even ready to eat, I couldn’t even bite through it and that’s a pretty good indicator that it’s not edible yet and needs to ripen more. In the one photo I’m squeezing the avocado, normally they squish when squeezed… And you can tell I couldn’t even bite through it, and I tried twice to make sure I wasn’t being karenish. It was just really disappointing considering we’ve always loved eating here because they are friendly, they make the food delicious and our order is always good. But now it seems like they’re service is more like that of McDonald’s, yuck.

Ordered door dash from this location and it was horrible! We paid $80 for food that wasn’t even very good. The breads weren’t even wrapped, they were literally just thrown into the bag! We got no silverware and no straws. Half the napkins were crumbled up and looked like they were already used.
