i haven’t been to this location in over 4 years and the store has absolutely gone downhill since the management has changed. honestly doesn’t look like they bother cleaning anything anymore, and no one acknowledged me for at least 5 minutes when i walked in despite me being the only customer in the store with 5 employees working and very few orders up. more importantly that all of that though, the melt that i ordered was completely inedible and should not have been served. half of the dough was still raw from where they let the dough overlap before they cooked it – fortunately i noticed it on the first bite and ended up just throwing it away. looking at pictures of what the melt should’ve looked like, clearly these people haven’t been trained. i know pizza hut as a whole has been declining for years, but when i used to frequent this location before they sold off all their stores in the area, it was never this bad. not sure who the new owner is, but they have no business running restaurants.

I went to order food for my sister and I placed the order and was getting ready to pay, I remembered a deal going on and wanted to change my order to the deal. Instead the manager said he couldn’t give me the deal since he already rung up the original order. I asked well can’t you void or cancel it and rering it. He answered and said no that he would have to pay for it and that the general manager wouldn’t like that. Now, I used to work in the food industry and he couldn’t do one simple task. I’m from Texas and I had ordered the 2 pizzas and 24 naked bone in wings for my nephew who live in Fairfield Ohio and literally said head it over but they left the order outside the building door which is not my door and I called them and one lady say the delivery guy wait it outside for 4 to 5 min and other lady say delivery guy wait for 10 to 15 min and call me 10 times which I see the call but only 2 time I was with my 2 months old feeding and the baby was crying didn’t even heard the call and once I see the phone I see the call and call them back saying I haven’t received my order is there any other way refund my money or get the order and she was like no we don’t refund money or give you another order and I was super mad cause it was over $50 and I’m

They do not have their own delivery drivers. They have to outsource to DoorDash. After two different delivery drivers have been assigned we still have no pizza. Now we have to figure out how to get a refund and nobody answers the phone. We will never order Pizza Hut again.

HORRIBLY RAN BUSINESS. Ordered today at 12 on the phone and the person who took my order didnt verify the address. They use doordash to deliver and of course food never showed. Called them to get refund and I was told to call after 5 to get a manager. Called at 5 and manager is late. Called after 6 only the GM can refund my money. They offered credit but after my experience I want nothing to do with the business. Please dont waster your time .

This location has gone down hill under the newest management. The place smells like a public bathroom inside. Even saw an employee use the bathroom, heard the flush followed by the door immediately opening, then they returned to the back area. The employees don’t joyfully greet you or anything. And when they’re helping you, there’s no life left in their eyes. Additionally, the food quality has been on a gradual decline and no attention is paid to special requests, i.e. “well done” just ends up a tad undercooked like the rest. This review is unfortunately the product of repeated visits, “hoping this time will be better.” But each time was just worse. I probably can’t stomach eating food from there again. Maybe I’ll try again if this franchise announces a change in ownership, again.

I have not had Pizza Hut in years and this was my first time getting pizza from this Pizza Hut location tonight. Our pizzas had a generous amount of toppings(even the gluten free pizza) and unlike a lot of other pizza places when you add extra cheese, you actually get it here! It’s also cheaper to get a large supreme pan Pizza at Pizza Hut than the other pizza places I have been ordering from. Our order was ready on time and the cashier was super nice! I will be ordering here again soon! Thanks for making my experience great!

Pizza was so disappointing. I used to love the Pizza Hut on Pleasant ave. I guess they are under new ownership now. The Pizza does not taste the same at all.

When I picked up my family’s order, one of the cooks decided to come from the back and stare at me as I completed my transaction with the cashier. This felt a little strange.

The service was good. Pizza hut can be a bit more greasy but in a good way for pizza occasionally for me. I’m not a fan of Pizza hut sauce, in my opinion I like a hearty Pizza sauce over marinara. But get it light and you should be fine if you’re like me.
