Red Lobster at Green Acres Mall absolutely delivered tonight — this location stays underrated, but they are on their game. The energy was warm, the service was sharp, and the food came out fresh and flavorful.
A huge shoutout to Marilyn, our waitress — an absolute doll. Super accomplished, extremely attentive, and genuinely one of the sweetest, most professional servers I’ve had in a long time. She made everything effortless from start to finish, and she absolutely deserved the $30 cash tip we gave her on top of our dinner total.

Started with the NEW! Guava Chili Margarita ($14.99). Espolòn Blanco, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, guava, fresh lime, and that bold Tajín rim. 310 calories of sweet heat perfection. They even offer a non-spicy version with a sugar rim — but honestly, go for the Tajín kick.

Wonderful Birthday Celebration at Red Lobster (Valley Stream)
I recently celebrated my mom’s birthday at the Red Lobster in Valley Stream, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was warm and welcoming they seated us right away with no wait time, which was a great start to the evening.
Our server, Ahsaki, was absolutely amazing. She greeted us with a genuine smile and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire meal. Without me even having to ask, she brought out a birthday dessert and sang “Happy Birthday” to my mom, which made the celebration feel extra special. That small but thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us.
Ahsaki was incredibly attentive, checked in on us regularly, and made sure our food was exactly how we wanted it. Her positive attitude and excellent service truly enhanced our dining experience. She has a great demeanor, and I sincerely hope her manager takes note of the wonderful work ethic she brings to the team. She absolutely deserves to be acknowledged and appreciated for going above and beyond.
Overall, we had a lovely time, and I would highly recommend this location especially if you’re lucky enough to have Ahsaki as your server. Thank you for making my mom’s birthday so memorable! I appreciate all your efforts!

The food was good, the atmosphere was fine and the service was understandably okay (there were only two waiters present on a busy Saturday night so I gave grace to mine).

This was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Our server Crystal is top notch. Pleasant, friendly and super efficient. Great service from the beginning to the end. The food was way beyond expectations. High par. I had the ultimate feast with lobster tail, sirloin, Walt shrimp and shrimp scampi. Finally a place that cooks a steak just like you want it. I asked for medium. It was spot on. The drinks were great. You will not be disappointed if you come here but it will make your experience EXTRA amazing if you get Crystal. I was so hungry sorry I only got a picture of the yummy sangria.

The food was actually pretty tasty. Last time I was in this location was around 30 years ago- the decor hasn’t changed, and that’s ok! I would’ve like to see more lobsters in the tank, it just didn’t look good as a decor in the waiting area
My gripe was paying premium pricing for specialty drinks that were watered down. My suggestion to patrons is to stick with the classics and you’ll be happy.

We had a great experience at Red Lobster thanks to our server Eshia. She is an exceptionally great server, Her work ethics is one for the books she is so polite, gentle, and overall an amazing server to us. She made us feel comfortable she was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Our drinks were always full, the food came out hot and exactly as ordered and she checked in at just the right times without being overbearing. Her positive attitude really made our meal enjoyable. Excellent service—we’ll definitely be back! 10/10 Recommended.
