The ambiance feels refined yet welcoming, making it ideal for a special dinner, celebration, or an elegant night out in Vegas.
Without a doubt, I will be returning every time I visit Las Vegas.
Honestly at first glance, the name is a bit silly and unless you know it is a brand in other cities, you wonder why the acronym.
The lunch special is what took us here. We are glad they offered it, because we would come back without that offering! Also it is AWESOME that their website includes a professional photo of everything they offer.
Lunch special: $35 per person for
– 1 of 3 app (smaller than regular menu portion)
– 1 of 2 entree
– 1 of 3 desserts (smaller than regular menu portion)
We got:
– meatballs, salad (paid extra to get a full app of the garlic bread)
– vodka sauce pasta, carbonara
– tiramisu, chocolate gelato
– Darjeeling tea
Salad could have had more dressing. Meatballs were fine but the sauce made them good. Everything else was great flavor and presentation as it came.
We left incredibly full and did not end up eating dinner that day (still full after our 1:30 lunch).
We saw someone else order the beef tartare. We watched the server expertly prepare it table side. Looked fantastic. Will definitely get that next time.
Quiet relaxing
Amazing service
The bruschetta is the best I’ve ever had!
I also had the chicken parmesan, the homemade pasta, it seems that the sauce is also homemade.
Loved it! Only thing that I would suggest is it’s a little under salted, and one of the chicken breasts were overcooked.
The starters / small plates are actually quite large and more than enough to share.
I started with the Tuna crudo – 9/10 – extremely fresh, seasoned well and the blood orange adds a little citrus zing. You actually get a really large piece as well.
Next course was the prosciutto service – I have to say this was the absolute best prosciutto I’ve ever had. It’s served with some cheese and stuffed hot peppers and some bread. 10/10.
Then I had the arancini – also quite good 9/10 – a nice crunch on the outside and the risotto was creamy and well cooked.
I finished with the rigatoni in vodka sauce – the pasta was homemade and cooked perfectly al dente. The sauce was delicious as well – 10/10.
Service was also 10/10 – I sat at the bar and the staff was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.
The prices were extremely reasonable for the location.
RPM Italian never disappoints. The atmosphere is inviting and lively (without being obnoxiously loud), and the music and playlist are consistently on point, which sets the tone the moment you sit down. The service feels warm and personal without being overbearing, which makes the experience feel easy and enjoyable.
The food is truly excellent. It’s modern Italian but still has all the comfort you want from classic dishes. So satisfying and beautifully done. We spent Christmas dinner there and it was so special. Our server, Assaouir, was fantastic and played a big part in making the evening memorable.
Cocktails are also delicious without being overpriced.
Do not skip the Brussels sprout salad. It’s outstanding. And the meatballs are a must. We’ll absolutely be back.
My family and I returned after a couple of years and had a wonderful Christmas dinner with our relatives who were new to this restaurant. We all love everything about our service and dining experience. Our relatives were treated like royalty and enjoyed all of their drinks and dishes. If it were up to us, we’d be here at least once a year. Thank you for a wonderful experience again.

Two years ago, we had a wonderful holiday dinner here. Amazingly enough, the wait for this restaurant wasn’t that long. We were trudging along the Caesars Hotel looking for a place to eat, and this had the shortest wait time. The decor is gorgeous, our server was excellent, and the food, with its presentation and taste, was of high quality. I can’t speak highly enough of it. In fact, we’re going to be eating here with my family this Christmas. I’m counting the days and I can’t wait.
