This was the most repulsive meal I’ve experienced with Arby’s. Either the staff was being lazy or had no idea what they were doing. But this is disgusting. The roast beef was so thick, it had this gross greenish color along the edges and it literally smelled like dog food. I couldn’t eat it. It was horrible. I thought being a newer location we’d have a better experience but man was I wrong. This was supposed to be a half pound sandwich. I’m so grossed out.

Had an absolutely amazing experience here today 2/15/2026. The two women (I believe one was named Gabriella) who took our order and made the food were just the sweetest human beings ever. They apologized for the wait even though it wasn’t more than ten minutes of waiting for our food. And when it was ready, one of the girls brought the food directly to the table, which was not necessary but still greatly appreciated.

Overall, amazing service and I would definitely come here again!

We haven’t had Arby’s in a long time. We received some coupons in the mail. After a few hours of shopping, it sounded good. The restaurant was clean. I like that they carry Diet Coke instead of Diet Pepsi. The food could have been hotter, but it did satisfy my craving for a roast beef sandwich.

Fast, Good, and Affordable snacks at your leisure.
• Every time we come, we get our food within 10 mins, 15 the absolute latest.
• There are ALMOST never any mistakes, it is always exactly what we ordered or an extra of something.
– We did have one or two times where our order (3 Buffalo Chicken Sliders, No ranch, Small Curly Fry) was wrong being normal sliders or having ranch on it. But when we called, they fixed it immediately by either replacing it same day or jotting down our info to come by later in the week.
• Super respectful, listen without cutting you off mid-order.
• Place is always super clean. Never any trash inside or out anywhere which I feel says a lot due to where it’s located.
• It is oddly always dead when we come by (random times, different every time).

If you like Arbys, this is a safe location to enjoy

Super friendly staff & quick with getting orders out. However the curly fries weren’t curly. More like crumbs of curly fries. Every time I’ve gone there they were burnt. The potato cakes were horrible. Burnt & taste like cardboard. Those use to be really good, once upon a time. The new mac and cheese is also absolutely terrible. Smells like vomit & the taste isn’t much better. However, if you stick to just their regular sandwiches, those are great & lots of meat!! Highly recommend the sandwiches. You get your money worth with those.

Food was ok, but the customer service was not good!!! The manager working would not listen to you, and then stood behind the counter loudly talking about you to the other team member!!! All over ordering an apple turnover!!! To top it off they didnt even get our simple order right, even tho we repeated the order 5 times in person!!! Bad customer service all the way, highly disappointed!!!!

Two lady’s at the drive thru were very rude!!When we pulled up to the window the just stared at us like we were an inconvenience to them. They said we had to wait for fries however the fries are cold like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. Then after getting our food didn’t offer any sauce or give us a chance to ask for any sauce.

The food was good. I ordered from the app for pick up in the dining room. When my order was supposed to be ready it was over ten minutes late. I heard the staff saying that my order was ready to each other, but it was just tossed to the side and never placed in the carry-out area. Many bags were tossed to side and I heard the manager say “Try to remember which order that is.” to the person helping her. It took several minutes to get their attention to let them know I was right there! I even told them I was there when I arrived, but they got lost in their work and forgot. The staff were so confused not knowing which sandwich went to each order. There was no communication between the cooks, the frontline, and drive-thru employees. The cooks were just tossing sandwiches to one spot on a table under the order monitors at the front of the house. The manager was asking where does this sandwich go and why didn’t this sandwich go out? I felt uncomfortable for them and the other six customers waiting on orders in the dining area. I’ve worked fastfood growing up in the 80’s and our restaurant had systems in place even then, so how can Arby’s be so far behind the times. I usually don’t go into fastfood restuaraunts and use the drive-thru instead, but I thought I’d try the app. Going into the restaurant and witnessing this, I now understand why so many of my orders at at every fastfood restaurants at the drive-thru are never correct, there is a lack of training and bad standard of operating procedures. Maybe Arby’s can fix this and can become the standard for better and correct food delivery to customers.
