Miserable experience. 8:25 at night and I was hungry. The girl acted like either she didn’t know what she was doing or she didn’t care. I asked for a two piece original, one thigh and one breast, for which I said I was happy to pay, with a side order of three more biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy, and slaw. It was a basic simple dinner. Since there was no one in line, I drove up to the window to pay. The girl told me that there were no original recipe breasts left and the biscuits, since they were out of them too, would require a 15 minute wait! I’m assuming from what I saw that they were too lazy to make any more chicken or biscuits! This was absolutely pathetic!!!
So, I said to forget it and I went to Hawaiian barbecue. I would not go back to this place if I were offered a free meal! My advice is if you want KFC in the Norco or Corona area, go to the KFC on East Ontario Avenue in Corona! They are always prompt and efficient! One night for dinner, I went to the KFC on East Ontario and asked for eight original recipe thighs. They had them ready in no time!!!
I am saying below that I did take out, but I cancelled the order and drove away, but that isn’t one of the choices!

If i could give no stars, I would! Saw they had this $20 fill up box and was excited to try them since it’s been a while. Needless to say i was DISAPPOINTED. When arriving they couldn’t “find” my order, asked me to double check i had the right location which i obviously did. Then after finding it, they said they were just waiting for the nuggets to come out. When i got home i opened the box to be disappointed, biscuits were hard and stale with some weird black/grey powder on them, the chicken looked like it had a bite taken out of it and the “crispy skin” was wet and soggy from them sitting for who knows how long. Fries were cold and stale and soggy, the only things that were actually decent to eat were the nuggets because they were fresh when we arrived. Definitely never going back to this KFC because they obviously don’t care about their quality that they’re giving out to us as customers. Very upsetting.

I stood there like a conplete fool for about 10 minutes calling out for assistance while also knocking on the desk. There was no response and at least 3 people eventually came from a back room on their own after finally finishing up the laughing and stories they were clearly telling each other back there. I don’t know how this KFC stays so consistently awful over the years. Avoid this location if you can

To top it off one of the pieces of chicken look like it was tampered with.. barely had any skin on it! The only thing that was edible were the chicken nuggets that were made fresh. Hadn’t been to a KFC in over 5 years and now I definitely won’t be coming back..

Ran out of chicken almost 2 hours before closing. Kept changing their story for how long it would take, making it longer and longer. Refused to refund since order was placed on the app. Their manager on duty was inconsistent in what she kept telling us. Customer service was closed for day so we couldn’t get our order refunded there either.

Ordered 2 chicken bowls and a pot pie with a large mashed potato on the side and they kept the mashed potatoes for themselves. If you like shady dining this place is a great place to get scammed at.

KFC has a reputation for being inconsistent. (I previously went to a different nearby location and the employees put the biscuits smashed up with the chicken bucket) but this visit was not anything like that. You all made the right call bringing back the potato wedges because they are great. Chicken is also really good. Hopefully you all can keep up this consistency.

I ordered a 2 piece combo with a breast and wing since I prefer white meat and was charged the upcharge for it but still got a leg and thigh. I tried calling multiple times there’s no answer and the drive back isn’t worth it for me. Very upset never going back there this isn’t the first time they mess up my order.
